Friendly Service I called asking about a Honda Fit I had seen online that turned out to have been sold already - Dylan told me to stop in anyway, and when I got there I called asking about a Honda Fit I had seen online that turned out to have been sold already - Dylan told me to stop in anyway, and when I got there he showed me two other Honda Fits that had just been traded in. I test drove one and fell in love with it. Dylan was extremely friendly and professional! I came back the next day and ended up doing all of the paperwork with Hank. Hank was very patient with me through my first car-buying experience. Everyone at Dick Hannah was great to work with. More

Happy with service I was at Dick Hannah''s to get my oil changed. I was treated great. A truly "nice" experience from start to finish! Having spent almost six months on my own looking for a Good Deal, I gave in to the branding and marketing of Dick Hannah dealership. And I'm glad I d Having spent almost six months on my own looking for a Good Deal, I gave in to the branding and marketing of Dick Hannah dealership. And I'm glad I did. Should have done it earlier. To be honest I'd say the luck of having Michael Kiss meet me as I wandered into the lot, had much to do with it. He was gracious, calm, almost peaceful, and he LISTENED, and nodded and you just felt like he knew what was going to be Best for me! I wasn't there fifteen minutes before he did exactly that. I drove the car home overnight, fell in love with it, and returned the next day to do the paperwork. It was a good deal on both sides of the desk and Michael seemed like an Old Friend thru it all. I would highly recommend asking for him. And thanks, Dick Hannah Dealership for your service and a really Nice Experience! And Michael? You bud, are a wonderful human being!!! More
