The staff were so friendly and helpful. Why I love Dick Hanna Honda! I purchased my car 7 years ago from Dick Hanna Honda, my first new car ever! Since then I get all my service done at this dealership, and I must tell I purchased my car 7 years ago from Dick Hanna Honda, my first new car ever! Since then I get all my service done at this dealership, and I must tell you, that the Service Department is of the highest quality, and truly cares for their customer. Lisa Maunu and her team are the team I traditionally work with, although I have in the past worked with others. I am always greeted with a cheerful attitude, and my car is always washed and done well before the quoted turn around time. When I started working with Lisa a few years ago, the quality of care kicked up a few notches. Who would have thought that it could have gotten better than what I had already experienced, but, it did. Lisa has become someone I would call friend, she has performed well above and beyond the expected duty of her station. She is engaging, informative and just a real pleasure to do business with. I give her a hug each time I see her. Driving from Wilsonville, OR to Vancouver, WA is just a pleasure when I come up to get my service done. I very much look forward to seeing the team, and especially Lisa.
