Don was excellent to work with and I suggest seeking him out specifically to help you in your purchase I found my overall experience to be satisfying. Don was excellent to work with and I suggest seeking him out specifically to help you in your purchase of any vehicle within Dick Hannah's auto group. He is down to earth and well versed in his knowledge. I noticed that he was definitely in my corner when it came down to the finance desk offering their backend upsales which I found out of the ordinary since most sales associates would side on their employers need to make the upsale. This point alone showed me that Don really listened to my needs and has a great sense of integrity which is hard to find amongst his peers in the industry. Once again, for a real straight forward and honest experience seek out Don (I don't think he is just limited to the Honda store). More

Buying my Honda Because my husband is very ill and wanted to buy me car, he asked our brother-in-law to get some brochures so he could check out the various models. Because my husband is very ill and wanted to buy me car, he asked our brother-in-law to get some brochures so he could check out the various models. They went to several dealerships and brought us information but only one person called us to offer to bring cars out for us to see. Cody Chan called to offer to bring a car out but was never pushy. She merely offered to bring out a car and left me her number. We called and she brought out the model we wanted to check out. She was very pleasant and considerate of my husband's health. We liked her and we liked the car so it was a no-brainer. We bought the car and the more I drive it the more I like it. It was a very pleasant buying experience. More

He made the experience easy and fun by engaging me on my level, we laughed, we cheered, we joked about the car I had been driving for 13 years. We test drove a few cars and he didn't push me into a decision when I chose to take the night to think about what I really wanted. I came back early the next day with a clear decision, I bought a 2008 300C. I'm pleased with my purchase, and am appreciative of the follow up contacts from Don. Before this I went to Dick's hillsboro and had an awful finance experience. Dick was able to not only match any dealer price but also offer me a great APR for my poor credit score. Best Customer Service Ever I was so impressed with Cody and his communication style. He was easy to talk to and he understood that I was limited in regard to Budget.
