Honda Pilot service We live on the Oregon Coast and this seemed to be the most convenient Honda dealership to visit even though it was still far from home. We were concerned about time to get our repairs done (as we were driving to Portland numerous engine lights had come on and the car was shaking during driving and idling). We dropped the car at the dealership the night before we had scheduled service for it, and received a call by 9 am the next morning from the person servicing our car, Lisa. Lisa was AWESOME - she is the best car maintenance/mechanic person I have ever worked with - very prompt in returning phone calls, was honest about what repairs were needed and costs up front, and was very timely knowing that we needed to have the car to return home the next day. Great experience overall. More

Jake sat with us and chatted while we waited for the loan approval. His great salesmanship also convinced us to switch car insurance carriers. I never even knew Dick Hannah had an All State agent on site. We walked in around 8:30 and walked out with a "new to me car" and a new car insurance company that is saving us a ton. I purchased my last Honda Element from Noah Rodeman in 2008 and the experience was great. I have had 100% satisfaction for 6 years with the service department so there was no doubt our next vehicle would be another Honda. We went to the dealership with the intention of buying a new 2014 Honda CRV. We asked for Noah and found out he had taken a position in management. He still took the time to show us several different cars on the lot then introduced us to Nick Barnes who would be our actual salesman. Nick was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in the vehicle. After looking at several different cars we choose a vehicle to purchase and the process was amazingly easy. Within a short period of time we were done and had purchased the car. Nick spent a considerable amount of time making sure we understood the all of the features and even set up both of our mobile devices to sync with the system in the CRV.
