Unethical Business Practice, Careless Mechanics Dick Hannah replaced my windshield wiper motor two years ago. This thanksgiving, my family got stuck on the road in a rain storm in Seaside when the w Dick Hannah replaced my windshield wiper motor two years ago. This thanksgiving, my family got stuck on the road in a rain storm in Seaside when the wipers failed. We had to rent a car to get back to Portland and wait days until the weather cleared to go back to Seaside in order to retrieve my car and drive it back home. When I returned, I brought it in to Dick Hannah for an inspection. The report came back stating that my wiper linkage had failed (a $600 replacement/repair). The report also highlighted boldly in red that my compliance bushings were cracked and failed their standards test (another $600 repair.) I took my car to my preferred local repair shop for a second opinion. Within minutes of looking at my wipers, the repairman discovered that one of the bolts that connects the wiper motor to the linkage had simply not been securely tightened, so had fallen off (Dick Hannah's fault.) He replaced the bolt and my wipers work again! I also have pictures of my compliance bushings from his inspection of them in July of 2014 (five months ago) when they were fine. So, he looked at them again and confirmed that they were indeed, fine and had not failed (again, pictures of them today.) My local repair shop saved me the $1200 that Dick Hannah was prepared to charge me for repairs that were not necessary. I can only deduce that the folks at Dick Hannah are either totally incompetent or liars and thieves. Either way, I will never bring them my business again. More

Fast, efficient service, with a smile! In 1995, my daughter bought a new Honda Accord at Dick Hannah Honda on Auto Mall Drive. In 2005, she decided to get a different car. Since my old C In 1995, my daughter bought a new Honda Accord at Dick Hannah Honda on Auto Mall Drive. In 2005, she decided to get a different car. Since my old Chevy Blazer was starting to cost too much money for me to keep it on the road, I decided it was time to get a better car. I bought my daughter's Honda, and began doing business with Dick Hannah Honda. After almost 10 years with you folks, now I am even more pleased with the service I get there, and the friendliness of the folks who work there, than I was almost 10 years ago. Last Tuesday I brought my Honda in for service, and was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete the job. So, I settled into the waiting room with a good book, expecting to get about half way through it that morning. To my PLEASANT SURPRISE, the work was completed in only 1 hour and 15 minutes!!! My hat's off to the friendly, helpful folks at Dick Hannah Honda, who keep my '95 Honda running so well! WELL DONE, Folks! More

Best Experience at a Dealership I recently sold my wonderful old Honda and was looking to update to a new one. I was pretty nervous once I got to the lot, but then I was approached b I recently sold my wonderful old Honda and was looking to update to a new one. I was pretty nervous once I got to the lot, but then I was approached by Michael Kiss and I instantly felt better. He was so incredibly friendly and patient with me, and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of several different cars. He was very honest and it was refreshing to hear what he thought was good and bad about each car and really helped narrow it down for me. I never felt pressured or stressed out, in fact he was fun to work with and at the end of the day I got a lovely new car at a great price. Thank you for such a great experience, Michael! More
