Best experience in purchasing a car My wife and I had a great experience in purchasing a car from Dylan. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a new car and show us cars that My wife and I had a great experience in purchasing a car from Dylan. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a new car and show us cars that would meet our needs. There was no pushing us to a more expensive car or trying to get us to look at other cars with a higher price tag. Even during financing there was a never a push to add additional items on. If we said no to a package add-on, it was never brought up again. We got exactly what we wanted. More

We have been back to the dealership a few times and each and every time the service and customer service is great. Peter Maher, our sales representative was once again available to take all the time we needed to go over a few questions again with us that we had. We feel that Peter is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing everything about the cars he sells. We have asked this young man SO MANY questions and he is on top with the answers. He has helped us so much in learning all about our new car. We highly recommend, in the future for anyone wanting to buy a car at Dick Hannah to request him for your salesperson. Tyler Van Sant is a wonder salesperson...a real gem! This ability became apparent again upon meeting Tyler Van Sant, car salesperson at Hannah Honda in Vancouver, Washington. I met Tyler and was very impressed with his professional demeanor and no pressure attitude. He was able to teach an old dog new tricks (technology based) in the new 2015 Civic. I left that day knowing I would return to purchase a vehicle from him. Upon my return, Tyler led me through most of the purchase process-although there was one more gentleman involved in the process of purchase. Tyler made it more pleasurable to go through the process because, as most of us have experienced, it can take awhile. I hope that Honda has big plans for this young man in management related fields I know he has a promising future and will not disappoint. Dick Hannah Honda was the first dealership we visited and the one we ended up buying We shopped around Vancouver and Portland for a new Honda Odyssey. Dick Hannah Honda was the first dealership we visited and the one we ended up buying from after negotiating with several dealerships in the area. We found their price the most competitive and the overall buying experience pleasant, especially since nobody there is working on commission. The sales rep we worked with (Nick B) was very informative, friendly and sociable and a major deciding factor for us end up buying from Dick Hannah. We didn't feel pushed or manipulated in any way. In the end, we were very happy with our purchase but ended up having second thoughts on the extended warranty plan we opted for. We went back to the dealership the next day and were able to change the policy without any problems. The ease at which they let us change the contract again confirmed to us that we definitely selected the right no-hassle dealership to buy from. More

Linda Vogl and Chris Nelson ROCK! And April too! I had a really great experience buying my first ever car at Dick Hannah. First off, Linda drove to pick me up at my job in Portland to look at cars. S I had a really great experience buying my first ever car at Dick Hannah. First off, Linda drove to pick me up at my job in Portland to look at cars. She tirelessly took me around to all the cars I wanted to see and helped me through the financing process once I decided on a new Honda Fit. They weren't able to get me the APR I was looking for, so they lent me a car to drive for free while they worked on my financing the next day. Lo and behold they got me a better APR the next day and Chris helped me with all the paperwork and got me settled in to my new car, answering every single question I had about the Fit. April in financing was awesome too, and she went above and beyond as well. I was not expecting so much honesty, integrity, and kindness from my first car-buying experience. Thanks guys! More
