We went back to Dick Hannah Honda after feeling frustrated and pressured from other dealerships. This is when we met Steve Deford. Steve listened to our needs and made suggestions based on what we said. He REALLY listened and cared about us making the right purchase. We have owned several Hondas throughout the years and have never been dissatisfied. We ended up purchasing two vehicles, Steve and the Honda team made it the BEST car buying experience we have EVER had. I didn't feel pressured or frustrated, and walked away completely happy with our purchases. We love our new vehicles! Next time they will be our first stop and only stop. Customers for life! More

After moving to Vancouver, I never felt that way about Dick Hannah Honda. I feel that they are completely honest. All the employees that I have dealt with have always been gracious and efficient and Natalie is no exception. She went out of her way to accommodate me when it was discovered that the replacement sideview mirror ordered was the wrong color. Of course, it really helps that there is a Barnes & Noble with cafe within walking distance of this facility! More
