Last purchase was 13 years ago I was not looking forward to entering into the process of buying another car and had a negative experience just the week before at a different dealers I was not looking forward to entering into the process of buying another car and had a negative experience just the week before at a different dealership. I almost didn't go yesterday to Dick Hannah's but I am VERY glad I did. Vantha Meas was most excellent, police, professional, respectful of my requests and I left with my next car. Solid Experience Vantha was my sales rep and did a great job. Very friendly and personable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car, he knows his stuff! The only thing to note that slightly made the experience less than optimal was wishing that Dick Hannah would go back to their old negotiation tactics instead of saying "this is our best price," as I see the same car I just bought for quite a bit less at multiple other dealerships (for the same "no haggle" price). That's mainly on me the consumer though for not shopping around enough. Other than that, they do good work and made the experience fairly easy. More

Pleasant experience I just purchased an Accord at Hannah Honda and the salesperson was Dylan. He was very helpful in providing information and answering all my questions I just purchased an Accord at Hannah Honda and the salesperson was Dylan. Actually all the people there were friendly including the concierge and the young woman who helped me complete the paper work . He showed us a few Hondas and I wasn't convinced until he started going into detail about each vehicles features that really made me look at Hondas in a different way. We weren't ready to buy that day due to finances, but will most definitely be back soon to buy the Honda Civic that Darnell made us fall in love with!
