Vehicle exchange program My husband and I came in to find out more about the vehicle exchange program. I had the attitude that I loved my Accord that I'd had for 1 1/2 years a My husband and I came in to find out more about the vehicle exchange program. I had the attitude that I loved my Accord that I'd had for 1 1/2 years and that they would need to convince me to trade for a newer car. Richard was up to the challenge. Several hours later, we walked out with TWO new cars (my husband upgraded also). Richard was helpful and personable.
