Outstanding Buying Experience I have purchased many new cars over the years, but nothing comes close to the outstanding buying experience I had with Dick Hannah Honda of Vancouver. I have purchased many new cars over the years, but nothing comes close to the outstanding buying experience I had with Dick Hannah Honda of Vancouver. I had been in the market for a specific Honda model since this past summer. Most of the Honda dealers in the Portland area I found to be pushy; maybe even a little indifferent towards the customer. They also did something that really put a bad taste in my mouth. Since they had trouble locating the exact model I wanted to purchase, the did the ol' dealer bait and switch tactic which suddenly gave me flashbacks of the ghost of car dealer pasts. Dick Hannah Honda was none of that. Just a pleasurable buying experience, offering friendly deals and friendly faces. Your awesome employees such as my sales rep Nathan Rodeman, to the very funny and personable Noah Rodeman. Not to leave out your outstanding service team.member Darin Kyle. All are all an asset to Dick Hannah and the Honda Corporation. These folks were able to find the exact model I was looking for, without any hassle or smoke and mirrors. That alone, not including all the other positive interactions, will make me a lifetime buyer at Dick Hannah Honda Vancouver. More

Service Austin was very helpful. I needed my drivers air bag replaced & I asked if they could replace my front & back windshield blades. No problem. He got me Austin was very helpful. I needed my drivers air bag replaced & I asked if they could replace my front & back windshield blades. No problem. He got me set up with a rental car quickly, so my baby & I didn't have to wait very long to get home. The service was done in half of the time, but I had just put my baby down for a 2-hr nap, and he was understanding why I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until she woke up. Great experience! More
