Lisa Maunu is my favorite Service Manager.. I will make this quick and to the point being that I am very busy these days and rarely fill these surveys out. I have had mixed emotions in regards to Dick Hannah in general, but after today, when it comes to the service side of things, I am an extreme happy customer. When I had taken in my certified Honda vehicle for inspections and software update/reset, it was very busy and even though of course I had already called in and schedule an appointment, I could tell at first that it was going to be awhile until my car was going to be ready, well so it appeared. The young gal that handled my appointment or vehicle was by the name Lisa Maunu and I have to admit that in the last 25 years of dealing with service managers, mechanics, technicians etc...I have never met or came across such a friendly, attentive, warm heart, excellent customer service then Ms. Lisa Maunu.
