I have to say that I've bought cara before from dealerships, but this experience was like none of the others. It was was amazing! So nice to be able to have a conversation and get exactly what you dealerships, but this experience was like none of the others. It was was amazing! So nice to be able to have a conversation and get exactly what you are looking for! My sales person Mr. Dominic Pinzone was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, straight forward, polite and kind! He made the while event so smooth! I gave him a budget and a list of items I would like to have and he found me just the perfect SUV! I can't say enough good things about him and how I was treated! I bought my car and pretty much exactly right after (just days) the 3-month warranty expires I am having major issues with the vehicle and the check engine light comes on. And this is the second issue i am having in 3 months, already having to bring it in for something else earlier. As frustrating as that is, having already spent a lot of money with them in good faith with them claiming they check everything before selling, and now having having to pour even more money into fixing the car, the customer service was even worse. I call to make an appointment because all the alarms in the car are going off and the lady I spoke to, Hollie from the service center, was pretty rude on the phone. She schedules a time and confirms an appointment with me to bring in the car the next and asks me if I would like a confirmation text, I said yes please. I never received a text. Additionally, I asked if someone from the service center could give me a call back that day so we can discuss if I should even bring the car into them (already having a bad feeling) and she said I would receive a call that same day. No one gave me a call back. I tried calling twice the next day to confirm the appointment because I never got the text confirmation and could not get through. So I bring in my car at the time of the appointment she told me on the phone and the lady I spoke to, Cierra, was also rude. It was very weird. She said I did not have an appointment and would have to come back, I told her yes I did. Then she asked me who I spoke to, and luckily I remembered and I think that surprised her. She then said "Okay well we can just pull the phone call then" and I think she was expecting me to be lying and back off, but I told her please do. It was all just very snotty and I swear I was being kind throughout so I was just confused why they were acting like that. She then tells me they will charge $195 to just look at the car and I am done. I regret buying this car from them, clearly a lemon, and will take it to literally any other service center now as I don't trust them not to screw me over further. Be warned! More
