I went to the Portland Auto Show and was planning on buying a 2017 Toyota RAV4 SUV, but after checking out the 2017 HONDA Civic Touring Sedan (and being totally impressed with it) I had to test-drive one. The next day I stopped by Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver, WA for a test-drive. The car was super comfortable and fit me as if it were made for me. The comfort, quality and luxury features of the Honda Civic surpassed the Toyota RAV4. There was really no comparison. The 2017 Honda Civic Touring Sedan is an excellent car. The salesmen, Justin Green and Bud Marsh, were GREAT to deal with. I had such a great experience with Dick Hannah Honda that I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More

I went in to look at the car on a day he was not in and talked with Scott. Scott was also great to work with. He was knowledgable and true to his word. helped me along through all my steps when getting my car. There was no pressure and I felt that I was being listened to through everything. I talked with Eddie after agreeing to terms with Scott and Paul. He was great to work with, made everything happen quickly and efficiantky. RAfter leaving with the car I was called by both Paul and Scott to check in. It was great customer service. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy a car! More

This was my first time in this dealership and the environment was all around stress free. After I found a car that I was interested, Paul and Darnell were very considerate and aware of my requirements and were able to communicate to the F&I team what it would take to close the deal. Paul is also very knowledgeable with the extended warranties and provided overall details for both the plus and minus, which helped me make the decision to purchase the extended warranties. We ended up waiting longer for the paperwork to be ready, Paul stayed after hours and even went out and bought pizza for us since we were there late in the evening. Overall it was an excellent experience walking into the dealership just to see what was available and driving out with a new Honda. More

She communicates what needs to be done and provides options, giving me the ability to make a choice best for me and the vehicle. I have also had to bring my vehicles into the collision center. She made sure to follow up to ensure that my experience was smooth and my needs/vehicle were taken care of. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a service manager that will ensure they are always taken care of. More
