We were considering other cars, and Dylan showed us different models and talked about the features of each. He was calm and very well informed and so patient while we essentially thought through aloud what we wanted. We bought the truck and we like it (well, we LOVE it). We were also able to do a trade in, and it was so easy-Dylan stopped by our house to pick up the title and while he was here he helped us figure out how to sync our cell phone to the truck’s multimedia system.
