Mya Gaede promptly responded to our online inquiry by notifying us of the immediate availability of precisely the vehicle I was looking for. Scott sent me a quote that was better than any other I received from any other dealership, and he immediately responded to all of my inquiries about the vehicle in question. When my wife and I arrived for the test drive we were promptly and cordially greeted and the vehicle was ready to go--no waiting. Before, during, and after the test drive Scott thoroughly briefed us on the vehicle's features and explained how to use them. We were very happy with the Ridgeline and the way Scott handled the test drive process, and so we made an immediate purchase decision. The entire transaction was processed professionally and pleasantly, and Scott kept us informed of the status of the paperwork and answered all of our questions throughout. We were never left to wait and wonder what was going on. I hate car-buying paperwork, and Scott made it easy for us and remarkably fast. I wanted to add a tonneau cover for the truck bed, and Scott arranged it for us and got us to the head of the line for installation. Once it was done and I was ready to leave, Scott sat in the truck with me and went over each of the controls, explaining when to use them and how they operated. Noah Rodeman handled the financing paperwork very efficiently. He had everything right, and he patiently explained each and every piece of paper we had to sign. I don't enjoy the car buying experience, but Scott Doyle made this as easy, fast, and pleasant as it could be. We got a great vehicle and a good deal. This was our first experience with a Dick Hannah dealership, and so when my wife is ready to upgrade next year we'll be back. More

The whole process was done within 24 hours of our initial meeting and was just overall a fun experience. Paul was fun to joke with and both employees were open and friendly. When I needed to reschedule a morning appointment, Scott made it work and made sure to follow up. Really couldn't imagine a better experience overall. I love my 2016 Honda Fit and Scott and Paul helped me get it. I can now take it all over Washington and Oregon to assist families with their children with disabilities and behavior.
