He was an absolute pleasure to work with -- very knowledge about the vehicle, thorough and clear in his descriptions, and considerate of my understanding. I also appreciated his sense of humor -- you've got to have fun with what you're doing, or time stands still. I particularly appreciate the follow-up emails with links to how-to video clips. There is a lot to take in all at once, so they are helpful prompts for making sure I'm clear on different features of the car. In addition, Mike has offered to meet with me a second time to go over any technical details that may have been lost in translation. I observed him stopping to ask other customers if they were being helped, or if he could get them anything, as he was walking across the showroom. The manager Scott Hegney, was so friendly and helpful, on the phone before I even went into the dealership, and came to introduce himself to me when i arrived. I felt like we were already friends. Scott made me feel at ease and was good at reading the type of experience I needed. I came in knowing which vehicle I wanted with three young kids in tow. He sensed that my priority was to complete the purchase as quickly as possible and he catered exactly to that need, giving me accurate time estimates for each stage in the process. Even though I had been researching the 2017 Pilot for a while, I still had a few questions like the clearance dimension. I was impressed that he had all this minutia and product knowledge at the top of his brain. Paul the finance guy was awesome and also helped me expedite the process so we could load up the kids in our new Pilot and get out of there. Even though he was fast, he connected with me as a person and we even joked around a bit about the old days. He was diligent about ensuring that I understand how all the financial and insurance pieces fit together. I would definitely recommend Dick Hannah Honda, especially if you're wary of the stereotypical high pressure sales scenario. Honda automobiles are a cut above in my opinion, just like this dealership and the employees I worked with. More

I picked out the car I wanted and got preapproved online. Scott was great with going over where everything was in the car before my test drive. He gave me additional options but I never felt forced to upgrade anything in this car and took my no when I didn't want an upgrade. He also worked hard to get me the lowest monthly payment he could. I ended up driving away in a nice 2014 Kia Sportage with everything I was looking for and more! This is the nicest car I've ever owned. I will definitely keep buying cars here! More
