They Made It Right I bought a used 2014 Chevy Sonic LT to use as my business vehicle. I drove it for a couple weeks and noticed some problems with the electrical system. I bought a used 2014 Chevy Sonic LT to use as my business vehicle. I drove it for a couple weeks and noticed some problems with the electrical system. They had me bring the car into the service department and couldn't find the problem, they then referred me to their Chevy dealership and their service department determined that it could be a faulty electric ignition key. I got a new key and there were no problems after that. The car also had 4 rock chips in the windshield that I wanted repaired, I took my car into the Honda service department and after having it for a whole day I found out they just filled the rock chips with some filler and sent me on my way. Really shoddy workmanship. I wasn't satisfied with looking through four rock chips in my windshield so I called my salesman Scott Doyle and after going back and forth with the service department for a month I had them replace my windshield. Now that the repairs are done I have a great car! More
