I very much wanted to buy from Dick Hannah Honda, so I was patient and I believed in nice. Last words she said to me is "I'll call you tomorrow to schedule your purchase." That was weeks ago. All I wanted to do was purchase another car from Dick Hannah. Yes, I was a repeat customer and they were fabulous during my first time. Driving from 45 minutes from Oregon was not a problem because Dick Hannah earned the opportunity. However, SHANNON BURRIS made it clear with her poor follow up, poor communication, and failed promises, that I should do business elsewhere. More

Laid back and easy I got a great quote via email before going. Though I had made an appointment to work with one particular salesperson, he was unfortunately busy. But s I got a great quote via email before going. Though I had made an appointment to work with one particular salesperson, he was unfortunately busy. But someone else stepped in quickly and got me behind the wheel for a test drive in a very few short minutes. I stepped up a model from my plans so I went a bit over budget, but they did all they could to help. They didn't pressure me at all to get that higher model, that was just my choice after sitting in both. I was pleasantly surprised by the in-house insurance agent running the numbers and saving us a lot of money by switching. I paid cash so things took a little less time than financing, but I was still there for 3 hours, which was a drag. Overall, though, it was pretty easy and laid-back, I would recommend this dealer for sure. More
