Apologies are not sincere unless the offending party is willing to correct the mistake they made. Is Dick Hannah willing to correct what went wrong with my purchase or is this yet ANOTHER empty promise? I did contact your staff MANY times over many weeks. When I did, I was promised something would be done, then I was ignored repeatedly. I was promised things, then the deal would change at the last second. How would contacting you after you’ve scammed me help me in any way? I want people to be warned about how shady your employees treat paying customers. Your company refused to treat me fairly after being given many chances. I can go into more detail about everything that your company did to me if that helps. Maybe I should make that more public. It was disgusting. Are you actually trying to make things better or just trying to save face after screwing over another customer. I’m not the only one either. Look at all the reviews for Dick Hannah Honda. They are horrible. It is the worst rated branch of Dick Hannah dealers.
