I was looking to get out of my audi that was about to go finish its last leg in its factory warranty and wanted to get into a more reliable car. I got other online quotes from dealers in the area which were equal or more than what I got from Dick Hannah. I drove to the lot that night and was greeted kindly by all members of staff there. My test drive began at 7:30 and after finding the car I wanted, in the colour I wanted, we began to make a deal. It was by far the easiest car-buying experience I have ever had, and I got a heck of a deal. The team at Dick Hannah takes the "sales person" out of car sales person, they are a genuine, down to earth group looking to help you rather than hassle you. Not to mention, they stuck around until 11:00pm while they met my every request. Thanks Guys! p.s. never buy a vehicle from sunset audi :). More

After working with Joe from DH Honda's VIP (Internet) Support Staff team and getting quotes on the vehicles we were interested in, we took a trip to the dealership to see them for ourselves. Jordache couldn't have done a better job of answering our questions, showing us what we wanted to see and never giving us the 'hard sell' that we thought would be impossible to avoid (and that would have sent us moving along to the next dealership rather than making our purchase on the spot). The only time we felt any pressure during our visit was at the very end of our purchase, when we had to insist a few times too many that we REALLY weren't interested in any add-ons/extended warranties. Overall though, the staff did a good job of being able to see that we had done our research, knew what we wanted, and really didn't want to feel like we were being pressured or upsold. In addition to the fair prices and great service, DH's "Customer for Life" program is unlike anything I've encountered from a car dealer. Both my partner and I were blown away by the offer of free tire replacement for the life of our vehicle! It's nice to see there are still businesses that understand how important it is to their customers to feel appreciated for bringing them their business. We had a long list of dealers we could have visited yesterday, but because of the way the folks at DH treated us, they ended up being our first and only stop. More

Jordache, our sales rep., couldn't have been better about recognizing the type of service we wanted and though he answered all our questions, went over every detail of our purchase and presented us with all kinds of options, he never pushed us or gave us a 'hard sell' If he had, DH probably would have lost our business. Instead we were shown the cars we had expressed interest in during our previous email contact, took a test drive, and left the same day with a new car. We were also very impressed with DH's "Customer For Life" service -- free car washes and tire replacement for the life of the vehicle? Seriously? These are the types of 'little things' that most places wouldn't think of doing because they don't have to. The fact that Dick Hannah offers them showed me that they recognize the importance of building relationships with their customers, not just making sales; something I try to do every day in my own business. I would absolutely return to Dick Hannah for my next car, and would recommend them as a first stop when looking for a vehicle. More

Was a very pleasant experience and would recommend them to someone else. I got the car I wanted and the monthly payment I wanted. Only wish I would've gotten bluebook value for my trade-in. I would not recommend this Honda dealership to anyone. As soon as I set foot on the lot they used high pressure sales tactics to get you to buy a vehicle. They tried to change the price on me a couple of hundred dollars during the signing process and tried to trick me into signing a form to buy the $500 all weather mats the salesman said were included. I was very surprised when I picked up the van that ther mats were missing even though they were on the supplemental dealer sticker. I went through several levels of management to protest but got the run-around and gave me the story they were included only on the "higher end models." They also messed up the paperwork and I had to come in and resign it again and it took over a month for them to order the car even though they said it would take a couple of weeks to get. So in summary if you go to Dick Hannah "caveat emptor." More

To be honest I really could not negotiate lower than the $14,988 asking price for overall condition was a good deal. Even at that price they are still making there cut.KBB was around $17K at dealer retail. The two sales guys were really comfortable to work with, no pressure and had a easier time working with them than many I have dealt with before. Like any dealer you need to go in with some sort of plan, do a little homework first. More
i took my car to the collision center there and the had my car for 8 days to due repairs that should have been done in 4. when i picked my car up the repairs were not done completely and now my car has t my car for 8 days to due repairs that should have been done in 4. when i picked my car up the repairs were not done completely and now my car has to go back for 4-5 more days. i have went as far as talking to jason hannah- however nothing has been done for me except them offering to pay for a rental car which is like $10 a day WOW!!!! next i will be talking to a lawyer. and i have taken pictures of everything. also i purchased the car there and we had to speak with i think 4 managers before we were able to purchase the car for what the sales man told us the car cost. when it came to paper work the wanted like thousands of dollars more. just another way to rip people off- i guess they were hoping we wouldnt notice or read the paper work before signing. guess again. More
