I was looking for a TL online, sadly there wasn't many to chose from local here in Spokane,WA. Dick Hannah Honda/Acura had a Great selection over everyone else. Sadly there was a fire in the Dalles, OR and I had a detour, I had to call a few times and they were very helpful in directions to the dealership. I was delayed do the alternate route and Nick the salesman was there waiting after hours to show me the cars, he even took me to the Acura dealership 15min. down the road to view the selection there. He wanted to make sure I saw all of them, never rushed me at all. He was very laid back and easy going. No pressure at all! The team is Great, they were very clear they wanted to make a deal and asked what it would take. They all stayed very late in the morning to wrap up the deal for me and get me on my way back to Spokane,WA. Great Selection, Great Team! A+!! More

I have alway been told to never trust and question everything your being told. Some great advice given to me was to go online ans see what others are saying about thier own experience at dealers after reading many reviews I found that Hannah Honda had more postive reviews then any other so I decided to give them a chance. I found them to be very upfront and provided me with all the information that I had requested before visiting their store. I had set up an appt on arrival the car we had talked about was pulled up front all ready to go, I drove it and loved it and becuase we had discussed what I was ulitmatly looking to acomplish it made things go even that much quicker. My sales person was very knowledgable and made sure that I was comfortalbe and knew exatly what was taking place from one moment to the next. I urge any one who is currently looking to buy a vehicle to go online and see what people just like you are saying about their experiences. It's one thing for a maufacture, dealer, saleperson, ect... to tell you or sell you on their product or service but if you want the real story listen to your peers.
