We were really happy with the time and attention Brian McLane gave us. We didn't feel pressured like you do at most dealerships and we LOVED that. The only thing I'm not crazy about (well actually I don't like at all) is the part of the "Customers For Life" program that, while it offers a free car was every month, I just now learned that I have to go into the dealership to get a voucher every time I want a car wash. This is way too much work for a simple car wash and I find it to be a misleading offer. That's why my "overall experience" was not a 5. We appreciated that the sales rep we worked with (Scott Doyle) gave us service with a smile, was happy to answer all our questions but never applied any pressure tactics to try and sway our decision. Thanks to Dick Hannah and its employees for clearng up my mind what i really needed. Before I entered Saeed asked me if i am looking for somebody because i was just going to inquire i said i am just stopping by to see my options, he said his name is Saeed (which first I think I could not prononce-sorrry Saeed) and saeed he is in internet sales and he can help me out. I was very reluctant first because i did not even know what I wanted to buy. Saeed step by step made me actually explore what i should be buying .He was so fiendly; knowleadgable, not like other people who would pressure.
