I went into Dick Hannah yesterday, drove and looked at so many cars. After going home, my brother and I went back. Leslie McCulley helped me find the perfect car. I got a 2005 New Beetle! I love it! I wasn't really sure what I wanted, and Leslie was very patient and understanding. I can be a bit of a "Princess", so to say the least, I was a challenge..... Leslie was so much help and made the experience very positive and we actually had fun! My brother bought his Civic a few months ago from Leslie and highly recommended I go see him for my car needs. They lived up to their stellar reputation, and Scott really knocked himself out to answer all my questions, show me all my options, worked with Reuban to find me exactly the car that fit my criteria and budget, and followed up on every detail! Scott even personally went and picked up the car I had settled on (it was at another location) and managed to get the great service department to install a couple of options (late in the day on a Saturday!) so I could drive away in my new Accord EX the very same day! This is, without doubt, the best car-buying experience I've EVER had in 30 years of car ownership. More

I didn't have an appt, Ijust dropped in? I was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and the shop was clean. I recently was heading out of town and stopped by the service department to replace my headlight I purchased. I was warmly greeted by Tom in the service department as he took the time not only to repla service department to replace my headlight I purchased. I was warmly greeted by Tom in the service department as he took the time not only to replace my headlight free of charge, but also explain in detail the cost and repairs needed on my Honda. I was so impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to answer all my questions that I will be back soon to get the work done on my car. I will definitely be returning to not only the service department, but will also be visiting the sales department as I have a soon-to-be driver in the house and will be looking at purchasing a new car. My car had just gone out of warrantee when I noticed that fabric on the seats had split. I really thought my call to get the seats fixed would be met with resistance and I was prepared to have to battle. Not fabric on the seats had split. Not only did Dick Hannah, specifically Natalie on the Gold Team, take care of the problem for me without question, she also replaced two burned out lights in my dashboard for free and didnt even charge me for the parts!! And, they even took me to my eye appointment because it was more convenient for me to combine trips to vancouver. :) It made my whole week. Dick Hannah rocks! More

Excellent no hastle experience. The negotiations wer straight forward and I feel I got the deal I wanted at the price I was willing to pay.
