Tibi Iovu was my sales rep. at Hannah Best Buy. He worked with me for nearly 2 weeks to get me the exact car that I wanted. I tried every where else and couldn't get approved for a car loan, but Tibi was on with me for nearly 2 weeks to get me the exact car that I wanted. At one point during the paperwork, we had a typical dealership moment where we would have walked out, had it not been for Nora. I let her know that because of the manner in which she treated us, she saved the sale. There were a few glitches after the sale that Nora handled very well, even going out of her way to make everything right. Most of the other sales staff also were friendly and tried to make our experience a good one. Scott was helpful in explaining the technology that was built into the car.
