Our experience with Dick Hannah Honda and their customer service representatives (salesmen has too negative a connotation for these guys!) was excellent from the time we called them to ask a few questions a service representatives (salesmen has too negative a connotation for these guys!) was excellent from the time we called them to ask a few questions about a car we were interested in, until we left the dealership that night with our beautiful new van that perfectly suited the needs of our family and budget. Saeed Anwar helped us on the phone, took the time to find out what our needs were as a family, then set out to find the right fits for us. He did a great job, and did so without trying to force us in to a decision. We were given plenty of time throughout the process to privately discuss what we had seen and how we were feeling about the cars we had been shown vs. those we had narrowed our list down to before heading out. Before we had made a final decision, Saeed had to excuse himself, but immediately turned us over to his partner, Scott Doyle. Scott picked up right where Saeed left off - very friendly, very concerned about our needs, and willing to do whatever he could to make sure we were happy with the end result Once we finally made our decision, Scott and Ang worked hard to get the payments down as close to our goal as possible. Then they told us about the Customers for Life program, and we were just blown away! In exchange for continuing our relationship with them through using their service department for our maintenance, we get free tires for life, help if we lock the keys in the car or run out of gas, windshield repair discounts, and so much more!
