Scott along with Ang, Joe, and Peter each worked hard to make my car buying experience a lot easier than I thought it would be and worth the while. Everyone really put my needs first and the end result was better than I imagined. I was able to leave with a much better vehicle than I had in mind for a price that fit my individual needs. I recently bought a 2008 KIA Sorento. After only 400 miles the cab started leaking and the car quickly filled with standing water (rain). It took a week for the dealership to get the car into their ser miles the cab started leaking and the car quickly filled with standing water (rain). It took a week for the dealership to get the car into their service department and it still wasn‘t fixed correctly. So, I asked them to take the car back and get me into a new one. The general manager Rachael Smith said she would see what she could give me as a trade in. I was sick! I then took the car into Dick Hannah HONDA to see if they could help me. The sales associate Jason Carter was not only empathetic he spent the entire afternoon working with the finance manager Joe Carter to get me out of the joke I was stuck with and into a reliable vehicle that I could be proud of owning and paying for... The entire staff at Dick Hannah Honda went above and beyond to help me. The associates Jason Carter and Joe Carter not only relieved me of a tremendous burden, they made sure I was thoroughly informed about my choices, satisfied with the transaction, and comfortable with the terms. They put me in a Honda Ridgline; same terms as the KIA. Dick Hannah Honda basically swallowed my loss. I cannot adequately express my gratitude. I highly recommend Dick Hannah Honda - ask for Jason or Joe Carter!! More

I recently bought a car a couple weeks ago from Tibi. If you are looking for a new car you have to go see him. Not only is he very honest about each of the vehicles he sells, he personally trys to test driv you are looking for a new car you have to go see him. Not only is he very honest about each of the vehicles he sells, he personally trys to test drive them all himself so he can know what he is talking about. He steered me away from a couple cars that looked nice, but had some hidden problems. For example, one of the cars that was in my price range he steered me away from because the type of vehicle doesnt hold its value well, and in a couple years if i wanted to sell it, itd be worthless. The other car he steered me away from needed some minor work done and he said it could only lead to more problems down the road. The car I eneded up getting was awesome on the other hand. Low miles, regular maintance and any problems it would have had in the future were already taken car of by the Dick Hannah quality inspection. Tibi took very good care of me and I will be a customer for life. If you are sick of talking to all the pushy dealers trying to get you into a car you cant afford, or is a piece of junk. Then talk to Tibi, he will spend the time you need, get you into a great car, and make it all work within your means. Thanks again to the Best Buys Staff. More
