I had had my Wife's Odyssey serviced there for the past two years and wished i had boughten her vehicle there by the way they take care of her car, and it wasn't even purchased at their store. The store i purchased her car at wouldn't even give me the security code, i had to go to Dick Hannah Honda to her my wifes security code. That is the time i realized i should buy my next car at Dick Hannah Honda. I am so grateful for all of the staffs help and their respectful, punctual and gracious attitude towards me and my needs. We were extremely pleased with the knowledge and professional treatment we received from Tom. He answered our questions and concerns about buying a used vehicle. He gave us several tips, questions to ask, things to look for and strongly suggested that we bring in the vehicle for an inspection before purchasing. Although we have not made a final decision on a car, we do know that we will take her car to the Honda service department for an inspection and all repairs. There were no high pressure tricks, no advanced up-selling tactics, just genuine meeting of needs and straight forward negotiation.
