I was very happy with the customer service that I got from Honda overall. He was very understanding about my concerns. Saeed made me think one more time that there are really very honest sales people out there. Eveybody in that dealership that I talked greeted me with smile and they were very friendly. I appreciate the time that SAEED and the finance department spent me. I bought a car from Dick Hannah Honda January 2009. The battery died 3 times in the first month I owned the car and 2 out of 3 of those incidents Hannah’s “roadside assistance" failed to respond within 2 h battery died 3 times in the first month I owned the car and 2 out of 3 of those incidents Hannah’s “roadside assistance" failed to respond within 2 hours so, I had to call my sons to rescue me. I brought the car to Hannah service center at the scheduled 10:00 AM appointment for a new battery, by 4:00 PM that same day the service was still not done and in addition I was told the warranty does not apply to the battery, "Neither the mfg warranty or the $2,700.00 extended warranty I purchased in addition." Dick Hannah Honda Service Manager refused -yes, refused to honor either warranties and did not even have the integrity to speak to me face-to-face. I more than adequately voiced my frustrations and asked the girls at the service counter to return my keys to me. Neither of the girls claimed to know where my keys were and refused to try to find them for me. 30 minutes later; 6.5 hours of my Saturday and a 36 month battery, plus service cost me $250.00. AutoZone = 36 month battery plus labor $80.00 After feeling a complete fool for trusting the "Dick Hannah" name and being ridiculously ripped-off for a warranty that apparently only applies to new "tires for life" -I needed the oil changed. Skeptical and praying for God's covering from further dishonest business, God made his way and blessed me with an honest young man who did the oil change in two hours and only charged me for an oil change (ironic). The man's name is Adam Baker. I wish Dick Hannah could be as selective in future employee selections. Great job Adam! Continue to be a good example of an honest day’s work. You will always be able to look into your little girls eyes with pride in knowing you provider for her with integrity despite your current employer’s business ethics. More
Over all, this was the best car-buying experience I've had. Paul Dicker is the complete antithesis of a "car salesman". He is attentive, concerned and offers no pressure to the customer. I found Dick Hannah Honda on the internet after trying to deal with a local Honda dealership. I received a phone call 10 minutes after entering what kind of car I wanted. When my sister and I arrived at the dealership, right of the bat, we were greeted by Mr. Vincent Gillam's big smile and positive attitude. Purchasing a new car is stressful enough, but once Vincent sat dow the bat, we were greeted by Mr. Vincent Gillam's big smile and positive attitude. Purchasing a new car is stressful enough, but once Vincent sat down with us and went over, in-depth, the trade-in/car-buying process, both my sister and I were assured we came to the right dealership. Vincent literally stayed with us late into the evening to make sure we understood the A,B,C'S of car buying. Although, my sister decided it was not the best time to purchase a vehicle at this time, Vincent is still working with me to get me into that brand new '09 Black Accord! I have and will continually advocate for Dich Hannah Honda. They are truly the best in the business! More
I had already walked off of 3 car dealerships in one day before coming to Dick Hannah Honda. It was around 9:30pm when my husband and I planned to do a drive through after hours. Leslie (or I called him Lester. :) came to greet us. I explained what I had just been through and advised that if I was short mannered with him, that was why. He stated he understood. I walked by my 2003 Honda Accord and liked it. He offered to just run the numbers for me. I agreed. He came back very fast with a better price on the car and payments that were comfortable for me. We came back the next morning at opening and purchased my car. Leslie left a prior engagement early to meet us. The entire experience, from sales to finance was great. I never felt pressured, unmcomfortable or uneasy about anything. Also, an employee named Scott who was working with Leslie was great as well. We dealt with him originally. He took my "wish list" and did an inventory check for me. The next day or so he called with 2 vehicle I might have been interested in. Although, I wasn't able to see them immediately the customer service was great. I wuld recommend Dick Hannah Honda any day. Robin- Vancouver, WA More
I'm a returning customer to Dick Hannah Honda and traded in my Honda CRV to a 2009 Honda Oddysey. We went there straight without doing our research ( which is our big fault by the way) thinking that they wi in my Honda CRV to a 2009 Honda Oddysey. We went there straight without doing our research ( which is our big fault by the way) thinking that they will treat us without all the hassle of negotiation and will give a good price upfront. Which by the way, they are bragging in their website it is hassle free and the customer for life , which we think it is just a marketing stuff. After we went back and did the research and from our friends it turns out that the price we got is 5K above MSRP. The other frustrating thing is that when we took the car, the car wasn't prepared at all (it is not even washed and with all this plastic covers all over car. My wife and I felt that we were hit and run. I will not definitely buy from this dealer again. Don't trust their hassle free negotation bla bla. Do your research as usual. More
I liked Betty Ramachandran from the start. My husband and I have been to see her quite a few times over the past years. We hit it off right away. She is always helpful and tries her best to find a vehicle t I have been to see her quite a few times over the past years. We hit it off right away. She is always helpful and tries her best to find a vehicle that we not only like but also qualify for. She had quite a challenge with the latter part. We don't have perfect credit and that never once deterred her from doing the best possible job she could to find me an SUV that I qualified for and also liked. I am very pleased with how hard she looked even though She didn't have alot of leeway when it came to finding something I could afford. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know when I hear they are looking for a vehicle. More
