i popped in to d.h. with my accord one saturday am before heading to the beach. thought i might check the cost of a tranny flush.. they had no problem putting me right in line even though i had no appt. wh heading to the beach. thought i might check the cost of a tranny flush.. they had no problem putting me right in line even though i had no appt. whenever i go to ANY dealer, especially for service, i feel like the staff doesnt think i have the foggiest idea about auto mechanics. and i do. thats just my little pet peeve maybe. that and dealer prices for oem parts (like special honda a.t.f.) always sorta shock me. they thought i should drop 91 bucks for a new oil pressure sending unit that apparently is seeping oil... pretty sure i could fix the leak with some goodies that i have already in the garage... but i have to say that overall my experience with dick has been pleasant- i dont hate them like some other car dealers, they didnt pressure me too much about expensive nonsense either, like i thought they would. i left 170 dollars lighter, but i expected something like that going in; took maybe two hours or a little less. pretty cool of them to fit me in like that w/o appt. handy indeed More

When I first came, I was apprehensive because this would be my first car and I and Mr. Hatem Awad was my dealer. I was so pleased with my experience. When I first came, I was apprehensive because this would be my first car and I didn't have much experience in seeking out a quality car. Hatem was very patient with my questions and concerns and addressed them thoroughly. I was very comfortable; he seemed eager to help me and he sought out to make sure I walked away not only pleased with my first car buying experience, but also that I was pleased with the car. He showed me all my different options that would satisfy all the qualifications I had for my desired car. I was so pleased with the experience I have recommended him to numerous friends. My mother also came in to buy a car from him and had an equally pleasant experience. Hatem creates an atmosphere of trust and his experience, integrity and friendliness was clearly evident. More
Called to schedule an appointment and only had to wait a couple of days. Took car in and was received in service as scheduled. Car needed new rear brakes and the service personnel were very good to work w couple of days. Took car in and was received in service as scheduled. Paul was a very nice guy to work with. I would definately recommend buying a vehicle from him. The only thing about my purchase that I think needs improving is the amount of time it took to do th definately recommend buying a vehicle from him. This was not Pauls fault at all, so I want to make that very clear. We had to wait quite a long time to get into the finance office. We arrived at the dealership at 1045 am and didn't leave until 330 pm. This may not seem like a long time but it is when you already know what you want. There was no shopping to do, the price was already negotiated before we even arrived, credit had been run before we got there, so I don't see why it should take so long to get out of the dealership. Other than that, it was a great experience. I would definately buy from Dick Hannah again. Hopefully, next time, it won't take so long. More

Went in for warranty work and then heard bad news which needed $110.00 in a"diagnostic" fee. While I was greatly disappointed in the news I had received, I realize that the information I had received will needed $110.00 in a"diagnostic" fee. Work was done as expected. Noise problem could not be found, but considering it is sporatic, i am not surprised. I got the car I wanted and so far so good. The pricing was a little vague. I didn't know how much I paid until I got home later. I was just watching payment. I find that I have to add more letters. I usually don't give 5's for this kind of survey but Scott sure earned the rating. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he was able to show me what I was looking for. It happened to be the only Pilot on the lot that was available. He didn't try to sell me the Honda Pilot. The Pilot sold me. Scott just answered questions, and pointed out features that he thought were interesting. Scott went the extra mile getting the roof rack installed while the paperwork was going through. His product knowledge is superb. And his efforts to make things happen for the customer is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dick Hannah and specifically Scott Doyle to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More
