Example - Jason reported to me I had a tire that looked damaged and might need to be replaced, (I had already had the tire checkedd by the tire company and they had given it an ok) I felt that the team was looking out for me as well as my car for safety. I have taken my 2005 Civic here for three years now and have always had the best possible service from everyone involved. I usually deal with Natalie, but this time it was Everet and he was super helful as have always had the best possible service from everyone involved. I have NEVER left a car dealership in such a good mood holding my head high! I'm a single mother with three growing children and my credit is not so great. Not once did I feel that I wasn't worthy of thei holding my head high! I'm a single mother with three growing children and my credit is not so great. Not once did I feel that I wasn't worthy of their time because of my less than perfect credit. I was afraid I would have to pay an unreasonable down payment and monthly payments for a vehicle that would "work" for my budget. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car that I was not interested in. I let Vincent know what my price range and down payment were and what vehicle I was looking for. It didn't take him long to locate a 2002 Tahoe that I fell in love with. I filled out the paperwork and let them work their magic. I received a call the next day to come and sign the final paperwork to take my car home. My kids were excited when I picked them up from school in a car that was nice looking and had more room. I have had my new car for three days now and I'm still very proud that I was able to drive off the lot with it. I want to thank Vincent, Dick Hannah, and the financial institute that gave me another chance to fix my credit. More

This was my very first service on my new Accord and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the work area and at how obliging everyone was. I was told that my car would be ready in one hour so I walked around the showroom and out into the new car area. I was approached by a salesman who explained to me all about the new FIT that I was looking at. He was very well informed and demonstrated how the seats folded to make room for luggage,etc. My car was ready in good time and I paid cash at the office,received my receipt and went upon my way. I had other business at the Corporate Office and was given directions which made it easy to find. There I saw Tammy, who took care of the problem that I had with the title of my new car. When we leave our Honda CRV for service, we must wait for it, as we have no other transportation. Dick Hannah is a very convenient place to leave it as there is lots to do in the area (shopping, restaurants it, as we have no other transportation. We called for an appointment, got one the next day at a very convenient time. While we went off to have lunch and go shopping our Honda was serviced. It was ready much sooner than promised and we were notified by cell phone. --Very happy with the work; the price was less than we had expected, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. More
I brought my car in to have the tire looked at because it was leaking air. They said they fixed it but when I got home the tire pressure was still low and continued to leak the rest of the week. I am so frustrated that they didn't fix it right the first time. Now I have to bring it back to be looked at a second time, and I have a new job with a new schedule and it is extremely inconvenient. When I called back to make my appt. for the second time, they could have cared less. Also, they say it is a four hour repair job since it couldn't have been done the first time. So, I have to take time off work to get this fixed when it should have been done already! So annoyed at Dick Hannah!!!! More
I thought that Leslie was friendly and very astute to make sure that we got the best service possible. He was friendly and gave us the information we needed and made sure that we left with a car that wa make sure that we got the best service possible. Went to Hannah looking to get into a new truck and was helped by Jason Carter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't have the specific truck I was looking for but I would definitely recommen helped by Jason Carter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
