Since purchasing my 2009 Accord, I have went from being completely pleased with the customer service and service department to utter frustration today. They are always telling you how awesome their "Customer for Life" program is.....NOT ANYMORE! About a year ago I had to have a tire replacement. Got it replaced without issue with the same quality Michelin tires that I purchased the car with. Today we took it in to get the tires replaced under the same program. We expected to get the same quality tires that were on it and also replaced with in the past. We were quite shocked and annoyed when we picked it up to find they had not only NOT replaced it with the Michelin tires or a quality substitute but had instead replaced them with a cheap tire no one has heard of out of China. Now it makes you wonder what else they use inferior replacements during service. That's the tires they use now (not that anyone explained any change at any point). Nothing can be done. We'll see how long these tires last, but I WON'T be using their service any longer. Customer For Life....no thanks! More

Their price was the best in a 150 mile radius as I did all of my searching through the internet and phone. Chris went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. He even came in on his day off to complete the sale. When I arrived at the dealership everything was done and the entire process take around an hour which included the financing. I especially enjoyed not being hassled for additional services such as an extended warranty. Everything was offered and when I declined that was the end of the discussion none of the why, etc. More

I found the exact vehicle I wanted and I even found the color I wanted. The price was right and the financing with the low interest rate was excellent. Judy Gomez and the staff at Dick Hanna Honda were so very nice and helpful. They worked hard to get me the best deal. I actually ended up spending less on the car than what the original price that was disu nice and helpful. They worked hard to get me the best deal. My experience was amazing. I called Dick Hannah to find out if they would sell to me with out having any credit history, I was super nervous. I spoke to Nathan Rodeman, who had the BEST customer service vi out if they would sell to me with out having any credit history, I was super nervous. I spoke to Nathan Rodeman, who had the BEST customer service via phone and told me to come on in and we can discuss numbers before we move forward. Made me feel very welcome from the get go. So I made the appointment, and on the day of the appointment I was running super late but when I showed up Nathan, we'll say handed, me over to Nick, because he was swamped. I was super nervous to already be dealing with someone else but it turned out to be just great. Although Nick hadn't spoken to me about my situation yet it only took a couple of minutes to get him up to speed. Nick was very friendly and super attentive to my needs and standards on what I was looking for. I appreciate every thing these two gentleman did for me. Nathan and Nick were awesome! My partner and I recently visited Dick Hannah Honda to look at a few of the used cars they had to offer. To be honest, I've always been a bit leery of car salespeople, but our experience with Dick Hannah look at a few of the used cars they had to offer. To be honest, I've always been a bit leery of car salespeople, but our experience with Dick Hannah Honda and their employees was perhaps one of the most refreshing shopping/sales experiences I (we) have ever had. From the first moment that my partner and I met Amanda Hayes we knew that this place was altogether different from the rest of the dealerships we have encountered in our lives. Amanda immediately made us feel comfortable (even in spite of the fact that we made it clear we weren't in a hurry to buy anything). She took a great deal of time out of her day to show us around and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I would argue that she was one of the most welcoming salespeople we have ever met. After our experience with her I would recommend Dick Hannah Honda to anybody looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I would tell them to ask for Amanda in a heartbeat. She is a true gem at that dealership and they are incredibly lucky to have somebody like her on board!
