Barbie was great. I requested to me contacted by email and another dealer would only call me. When I called in and Barbie answered the phone she was even willing to work via text message. I wanted to praise Dick Hannah Honda through the quick response, courtesy, professianalism and ease that sales person Judy Gomez offered to us. We had responded to a listing on a Honda RidgeLine pickup ab response, courtesy, professianalism and ease that sales person Judy Gomez offered to us. We had responded to a listing on a Honda RidgeLine pickup about 10:30 at night. I really did not even expect a response as we live so far from Vancouver in southern Oregon nearly on the California State Line. Judy responded early the next morning and I was pleased the vehicle I was interested in was still in stock. I had been searching for a used RidgeLine in excellent shape at a reasonable price. The one found at Dick Hannah Honda was far beyond my expectations and beat everything found from south of the SanFransisco Bay area to Seattle. When Judy responded, she was more than accomodating and needless to say, I jumped in the car and drove near six hours to get to the Dealership at almost closing time. Judy, unbelievingly, not only started the deal but finished after the business was closed. I drove to Vancouver, closed, drove off with the vehicle of our dreams and returned to Klamath Falls, Oregon on the same date. I have never received this type of treatment from any dealership throughout the years and left tellling everybody this was unbelievably an awesome experience. I am used to going into a dealership and hours later walking out feeling drained with a migraine. All I can say is that I will remember this treatment for years to come and will encourage all my friends to go to Dick Hannah in Vancouver, Washington. Hats off to Judy Gomez. I bought a used car. They recognized items that needed to be fixed and proactively offered to fix them, i.e. the DVD player was stuck on loading. Never felt "jumped on" or targeted as I have been at other car dealerships Always upfront and honest about the condition of the used car, financing, etc... Never had any pressure applied at any time Concerned with my needs and making sure they were fulfilled I have been in sales / marketing / corp sales training for 15 years, so I am usually pretty critical when it comes to my personal sales experience. I can honestly say that Scott Doyle and his team at the Vancouver Dick Hannah Honda dealership were extremely professional and has a culture that is oriented customer needs oriented vs "get the sale" focus. They also offer many other little perks that made the experience even better, i.e. free WiFi so I was able to work while I waited for them to repair the DVD player. Their used car lifetime benefits include lifetime tire replacement. Again, Scott Doyle always made me and my family feel welcome, able to openly express any possible concerns or alternative options, and comfortable during each stage of the buying process. More
