I went in with a specific sound that neither my husband or I could discern what the problem was. Jason got Grant from the shop and we took it for a drive. I left the car in the shop and Grant did a complete check of the car. Giving me future things to watch for also.Jason did a wonderful job of calling me and talking everything over and sending me an estimate to my email.The next day it was worked on. In 24 hours I had my car back in GREAT shape.I am so glad you are there to work on my car. I didn't buy it from your dealership. It was two years old from a private party, yet you still treat me as if I got it from your company. Thank you so much for your help and very quick turn around in getting it fixed. Had a very interesting and fruitful experience. Went to look seriously at a vw golf diesel. Wanted great reliability and gas mileage. Judy, Joan and Allysha did a great job taking me through the purchasing process, and Kelsey was fantastic in helping me transfer my insurance.
