I was looking for a car for my daughter. We went to lots all over Portland and Vancouver. My daughter knew just what year and model she wanted. He even said that since she was so specific on just what she wanted, getting something else would not make her happy. Once they had the car she wanted, it went smooth. Not a pushy salesmen at all. Once again a great experience at Dick Hannah Honda with my star sales rep Mark Cortez. I wasnt willing to settle for a standard or mildly equipped truck. We bought our car on July 4th and I hand-delivered the DEQ slip to the office on July 8th. The slip was just put into the middle of our file. The next day, I thought I would give a call to our salesman, Scott Murray, just to make sure it wasn't forgotten about, and it was being processed. Scott assured me he would call back the next day, as he wanted me to fill out a survey based on his service. The next day, no call. A week later, I called him again, because the stereo had quit working. (Which was taken care of by DH VW, with great service). I had to explain everything to him again, like he had no idea what I was talking about. Obviously, in a week he had not followed up, and had forgotten about our conversation entirely. He assured me he was out of the office and would call me the next morning. Still, no call. Both my husband and I left him messages repeatedly. We decided to just call the office. On every phone call, we got someone who didn't know anything about our plates, but assured us someone who did know would get back to us. I finally called last Friday, with a "I am not hanging up until I get an answer", they put me on with Scott. (Oh, he does still work there!) He starts by saying, "Oh....I've been trying to get ahold of you!" xxxxxxxx. No wonder he never sent me the survey. And, I felt he was extremely short with me, did not listen, and simply did not care about my concerns. He is the worst salesman I've ever dealt with from start, "um, I don't know", to finish! I finally talked to Kristina, who actually followed through and got me an answer. Thanks, Kristina. Here it is, nearly 2 months later, and I just got my first real answer. "The plates were here but looks like they were lost, maybe given to someone else". Unbelievable! Especially after we were trying to get SOME kind of answer from SOMEONE time after time, more than 20 phone calls, I imagine. Now I have a new vehicle that I cannot drive until I wait longer to get new plates, or I go get them myself and wait for them to reimburse me the money. I cannot get to work. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered and I am so sorry I did business with Dick Hannah Honda. More
This was my 2nd time dealing with Dick Hannah. The first time dealing with Dick Hannah was over 27 year’s age. I was very please working with Aaron Gergen, Chris Loyd and Christina Burnett. Aaron and Chris explained the sales price and how much Dick Hanna would pay for my trade-in. They had a breakdown of my final purchase which included my extended service contract and how much my payments would be per month. Chris Loyd explained all the features the car had when we went on the test drive. I did not feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle. Chris was very friendly. Christina explained the "Customer for life drivers reward program" as well as the "Peace of mind" program that Dick Hannah offered for used car purchases. Chritina made the papwork process quick and easy. Aaron tried to help me to get the lowest intrest rate that was available from the finance company. I returned to Dick Hanna the next day and my passenger’s window would not roll up. Aaron and Chris worked with service to get the window fixed at Dick Hannah's expense. They loaned me a car to drive while my car was in service, so I was not inconvenienced. I have recommended many of my co-workers, if they were going to buy a new or used car to ask for Aaron and Chris at Dick Hannah Honda. Chris has emailed me a couple times to follow up to see If I had any problems and if I needed anything to contact him. I would like to thank Aaron, Chris and Christina for the excellent customer service I received from them. More
I gave this dealer and excellent rating because they spent a great deal of time making sure I got exactly what I wanted to buy. My first experience with Dick Hannah Honda did not go well at all.. I had never been treated so poorly before in my life. They made sure I was happy with the car I was getting and they were very honest and up front about everything which I didn't have the first time. Mary and Ang are AWESOME people and I will most definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Mary and Ang for everything that you have done for me thus far. Our salesman, Scott, was super friendly and if he didn't know the answer many reasons but we have to say that Dick Hannah Honda was truly different.
