Very happy with my purchase. I brought the car in for a recall notice. They were very quick to get me processed so I could get on my way. The car was ready before expected and was fully washed when I pic recall notice. They were very quick to get me processed so I could get on my way. Overall, I will continue to work with the dealer on future purchases. They have a great selection and very fair pricing their vehicles. More

This is why I rated my Overall Experience “Very Bad”. Here is my story, which I hope will help you deal with Dick Hannah Honda. Five years ago, we bought a new 2007 Accord VP (auto) for $16.3K at Dick Hannah Honda. That was the absolutely best deal at the time. This year, when we were looking for a new car, Dick Hannah Honda was the first dealership we contacted. Unfortunately our salesman, Saeed Anwar, left the dealership, and the people there now were different and did not accept my offer ($19K) for a new basic 2012 Accord (auto). Then, out of the blue, I got a phone call from “Dave” at Dick Hannah Honda. “Dave” asked me whether or not I liked my previous car (which we like), and told me that he has a new 2012 Accord (auto) for the price I am ready to pay ($19K). OK, I said, I’ll be back in town at the end of the April, and I will come. At the end of the month, he called me again asking whether I will come or not; I said yes. Finally, on April 28th, I called him back and came in an hour or so after my call. Well, the car that I came for did not exist. Instead there was a basic model of 2012 Accord (auto) priced way higher than 19K or even my best quotes from other Honda dealerships (each below $19.4K). This is why I rated Price “Very Bad”. I would expect such a twist from any other dealership (no offense), besides Dick Hannah Honda. Moreover, I was so sure that “Dave” was honest, I brought my wife “to buy a new Honda Accord” with me. Then I met “Dave’s Manager” (this guy has never gave me his card). “David’s Manager” said that he can not do anything to meet my expectations. Well, I knew that at that time Honda Motors ran a $1.3K manufacturer-to-dealer cash back – so at least he had the room to fix the problem. This is why I rated Friendliness “Very Bad”. I believe that “Dave” lied to me from the beginning to bring me to the dealership. I do not know how he got my phone number and how such an idea came to his mind, but that was what he did, and that was what his “manager” considered normal. The next day, I asked Dick Hannah Honda to provide me with the names and positions of these two individuals; they never responded, which I translate as a further approval of these actions. Again, this is why I rated both “Customer Service” and “Overall experience” with this dealership as “Very Bad”. Well, we decided to NEVER AGAIN buy from Dick Hannah Honda, which hires and protects people like that. We also decided not to buy our next car from Honda Motors, who stands behind these guys. So, we did both. We’ve just bought a new 2012 Legacy (auto CVT, pziv) from Dick Hannah Subaru for $18.75K – thanks to Ammar, his boss, and Costco’s Auto Program. That was the best deal we could find, and we are happy with this purchase, which took 1 day from our first visit of the dealership. We’ll likely be shopping for a new car in 2-5 years. We will bring our money and will be looking for the best deal for the car we want. Will Dick Hannah or Honda Motors earn this money? I do not know. What I know – Dick Hannah Honda will not. Now it is up to Honda Motors and Dick Hannah to decide whether or not this story reflects their standards of service and is a signature of Honda’s dealership of 21st Century. I hope my review will help to those of you who are still deciding where to go, what to buy, and how much to pay. Maybe it will help Dick Hannah finally find time to respond with explanations and with the names of these two employees of its Honda dealership. PS when posting my Review I found that “Dave’s Manager” was Mr. Noah Rodeman. PPS the next day after I posted this Review first time and emailed it to Dick Hannah Honda someone called me with apologies. However, I have requested a written explanation. Why? I take my Honda Accord to Hannah's for an annual inspection and servicing. I have always found the them to be thorough, friendly, and willing to answer questions about any aspect of the inspection f inspection and servicing. There was no pressure to buy, just useful information given in response to my questions. The dealership went out of their way to find the car I wanted in the color I preferred at another dealership and trade for it. Also, they were extremely fair in valuing my the car I was trading in on my new Honda. I have been bragging about Dick Hannah Honda, Lewis Williams, and everyone else on the team to friends from coast to coast! I am excited to begin this relationship that will last for years thanks to Dick Hannah Honda's customer loyalty program which includes, among other wonderful stuff, free tires for the life of the car! Based on our research, we had narrowed our car search down to a few makes. Dick Hannah's Vancouver Auto Mall had them all. Tim, a relatively new Dick Hannah employee whom my husband had met when he was down to a few makes. Dick Hannah's Vancouver Auto Mall had them all. Tim, a relatively new Dick Hannah employee whom my husband had met when he was helping one of our daughters and her husband look for a new car, greeted us with a big smile, remembered David's name, and then dove right in to help us find the best fit for our needs. Since I am in a wheelchair, Tim let my husband "test drive" the trunks of each car we were interested in to make sure my wheelchair fit. It didn't always fit, but he kept helping us until we found the model that worked for my wheelchair and accommodated my long legs, plus was highly rated in Consumer Reports. Tim then found us the perfect color. No white or black for us - we found a Honda Civic in dyno blue pearl. Tim was great through the whole purchasing process, explaining every step and emphasizing the company policy of transparency, which we found refreshing. We appreciated sitting at a table in their showroom, instead of being sequestered in a tiny room. We were so glad for their best price policy so we didn't have to wonder if we were negotiating well or getting had. It was almost two hours after the official closing time before we were done, but Tim never complained and was as upbeat and positive as ever. It was late when my husband left the dealership, so Tim asked him to come back in the morning so he could fill the tank with gas! We didn't expect that - a full tank courtesy of the dealership! (In the midst of getting things moved from our trade-in t the Civic, my handicap placard was left behind. When we came to get the tank filled, Tim had my placard in hand.) Tim cheerfully walked across the street to personally put the gas in our car and wished us a great day. We couldn't be happier! More

I avoided buying a new car for years since the gaming, psychological posturing, and dishonesty seemed endemic to car sales. Yesterday I bought a new Honda Fit and the experience couldn't have been better. judy Gomez in sales was clear, responsive, went above and beyond to answer all my questions, adjusted to my complicated schedule, and she and Brittney expedited completion of the sale in record time. I highly recommend Judy and this dealership for anyone jaded about car buying who wants a great experience. More
