I recently had my vehicle in for service, and worked with Ray. I must say that Ray was a true professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my vehicle's needs and concerns were taken Ray. I just bought a new Honda Accord at Dick Hannah Homda. I was pleased with high level of service I received from Susan Heath. She was there to inform and not to pressure me. So if you are looking for a new Honda ask for Susan at Dick Hannah who can answer most of your questions and those she cannot she will ask others, answer and learn since she has a great attitude, is very friendly and eager to help. Note that it was after closing time on Friday by the time we bought our car and Susan was in no hurry to rush us out the door! She took the time to show us the tools and gadgets the car offers and even program the computer and settings to what I desired.
