Judy Gomez and the staff at Dick Hanna Honda were so very nice and helpful. They worked hard to get me the best deal. I actually ended up spending less on the car than what the original price that was disu nice and helpful. They worked hard to get me the best deal. My experience was amazing. I called Dick Hannah to find out if they would sell to me with out having any credit history, I was super nervous. I spoke to Nathan Rodeman, who had the BEST customer service vi out if they would sell to me with out having any credit history, I was super nervous. I spoke to Nathan Rodeman, who had the BEST customer service via phone and told me to come on in and we can discuss numbers before we move forward. Made me feel very welcome from the get go. So I made the appointment, and on the day of the appointment I was running super late but when I showed up Nathan, we'll say handed, me over to Nick, because he was swamped. I was super nervous to already be dealing with someone else but it turned out to be just great. Although Nick hadn't spoken to me about my situation yet it only took a couple of minutes to get him up to speed. Nick was very friendly and super attentive to my needs and standards on what I was looking for. I appreciate every thing these two gentleman did for me. Nathan and Nick were awesome! To be honest, I've always been a bit leery of car salespeople, but our experience with Dick Hannah look at a few of the used cars they had to offer. To be honest, I've always been a bit leery of car salespeople, but our experience with Dick Hannah Honda and their employees was perhaps one of the most refreshing shopping/sales experiences I (we) have ever had. From the first moment that my partner and I met Amanda Hayes we knew that this place was altogether different from the rest of the dealerships we have encountered in our lives. Amanda immediately made us feel comfortable (even in spite of the fact that we made it clear we weren't in a hurry to buy anything). She took a great deal of time out of her day to show us around and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I would argue that she was one of the most welcoming salespeople we have ever met. After our experience with her I would recommend Dick Hannah Honda to anybody looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I would tell them to ask for Amanda in a heartbeat. She is a true gem at that dealership and they are incredibly lucky to have somebody like her on board! My boyfriend (and his daughter caitlyn) and I came by at the end of a long day truck shopping for me. This was our last stop "just to see" before we gave up. And we spotted a beautiful grey Toyota Tacoma in the front of the parking lot. We were warmly greeted by Amanda Hayes and got to looking at the truck. She didn't feed us a bunch of mumbo jumbo like we had experienced throughout the day at other dealerships. She was so friendly and personable and we quickly decided to purchase the truck. Amanda made the whole experience so wonderful with her easy going and cheerful attitude. She even made the paperwork process enjoyable as we shared stories and had lot of laughs. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and would refer them to Amanda. Couldn't be happier! More
Bought a used Camry "As is". Check engine light came on during ride home. Took to service department for repair and said I was not really happy... but understood it was bought "as is" When light came on during ride home. The service department talked to the sales manager - and he decided to cover the repair. I stopped into his office and thanked him personally. WOW... I'll shop there next time I'm in the market for a new or used car. More
Although we didn't buy from this dealership I had the opportunity to work with Nick and he helped me find the van of my dreams! The purchasing experience was great. So good we bought two cars within a week. But the follow-up service is horrible. Dick Hannah is content to take your money and not follow-up on promises. It took my husband 10 phone calls to get his windshield replaces and I have yet to see the owner's manual they promised me in APRIL! I also called about my "piece of mind" warranty and was told someone would call me right back, of course they NEVER did. Also, when I've called to talk to a manger about the runaround and lack of follow-up I was stomped from talking to manager. These people don't care about their customers at all! If you buy a car from them beware! Make sure you don't leave the dealership until you get EVERYTHING you are promised. I've never experiences this kind of poor service before in my life. Congrats Dick Hannah you've lost a potential lifelong customer. Looks like I'll be working with another dealer. More
We needed to find a replacement vehicle fast after I was driven into by a driver who lost control, jumped a median, and crashed into me and another car waiting at a stop light. My husband and I used several used car searches and found something interesting at Dick Hanna's website. When we went back to the site a few hours later, we found an even better match and called. Nick Barnes was personable, well informed, and quickly arranged a time for us to look at it, even though the service center had not even had time to clean the car for showing. We went for a test drive,and decided we wanted the used Accord. Nick Barnes arranged for the "detailing" to be done on a return trip so we could drive the car home that night instead of being without transportation. He even offered to drive me home and pick me up if a shuttle was not available when I brought the car back! Thanks again, Nick, nice meeting you! More
Scott was so helpful as I tried to decide what kind of car to buy to replace my minivan. I decided on the 2013 Sienna and love it. Scott was very patient with my continual desire to see more options across all brands and helped me get my exactly musts. More
