She had worked so hard to find me something suitable, she had even driven to Kelso for a car I was interested in and had come in on her day off to help me find something. By far the best experience I have had with a car dealership. Jake was a rockstar and really worked with me and the banks to get me into a car I liked. We stopped in to look at various sedans. Sue was wonderful! She took us under her wing and guided us first to the computer to see what was in stock and to get a feel for what we liked. She genuinely listened and cared about our wants and needs in a new vehicle. She didn't push us into anything out of our price range and kept looking for something with low miles. Then she took us around the lots to look at vehicles we either liked or that she thought we would like. What a great experience. We couldn't recommend Sue enough. We loved her!!! The Service Writer/Rep who greeted me upon arrival was very prompt, friendly and courteous. I was there for an Express Service oil change, and I was on a very tight time schedule. Gary was very helpful an very prompt, friendly and courteous. I was there for an Express Service oil change, and I was on a very tight time schedule. Gary was very helpful and recommended the After-Service car wash also, but for which I was afraid I wouldn't have time. He said he would make sure to get it done and still be able to be finished in 45 minutes to an hour. About 30 minutes into the service he came out and reported that the mechanics had finished the oil change, but in the 20 point check of fluid levels, etc, they found that the transmission fluid was dark and recommended we drain and fill with new transmission fluid. Gary said that it would take another 30 minutes to get it done. I elected to go ahead, and my car was done with all the service AND the car wash in just a little over an hour. Very nice job on the car wash, too, by the way. Kudos to the wash crew, too. More
I always dread shopping for a new or used car, but our experience with Dick Hannah was easy and pleasant. After shopping online and finding a used Toyota Tacoma I was interested in, I traveled to Vancouve experience with Dick Hannah was easy and pleasant. After shopping online and finding a used Toyota Tacoma I was interested in, I traveled to Vancouver to see it. I was greeted by Lewis Williams and he told me the truck was in Longview, but he could have it for us in a few hours. Instead, I arranged to return with my spouse the next evening and Lewis met us at the agreed upon time (I later learned that this was his day off!). We drove the car and agreed to purchase it. Since Dick Hannah has a non-negotiable price (they call Best Price), there was no dickering on the price. The only question was on the trade-in (a 1993 Toy truck with 220,000 miles on it). The first offer Lewis presented surprised us because it was nearly $3,000 over the agreed upon price. They'd put on an expensive warranty and charged $299 for etching the windows for a security system. We objected strongly and told them we didn't want the warranty. When Lewis returned (they still use that silly salesman-goes-to-the-manager system), the $299 etching was still on the offer and they were offering a measly $250 for our trade-in. I told Lewis the trade-in had to double to make up for the etching we'd never asked for. However, when he returned, the sales price had increased by $300. He said they'd made a mistake on the price. Fortunately, I had the flyer from the internet showing the correct price. He returned (finally) with the correct offer and we signed off on it. It took only a short time to do the paperwork (we paid cash) and we were driving away in our new vehicle within a hour or so from the time we arrived. Amazing! Since buying the truck, Lewis has been very responsive about questions and concerns (missing tire jack, second key, etc.). He's always friendly and polite and we feel like he cares about providing customer service. Now if Dick Hannah would just stop with the pushy warranties and unrequested "extra" etching, they'd be 100% in our books. As it is, they're pretty darned close to that. More

Noah was great! The car that I came to look at wasn't what I thought it was. Noah found a car for me and had it brought down from Longview to me to test drive. He was able to work out the payments to whe what I thought it was. Noah found a car for me and had it brought down from Longview to me to test drive.
