We initially were working with Aundraya on the phone but when we got to the dealership she was busy with some other customers. She said she was sorry but my wife and I understood. She kept checking on us ev when we got to the dealership she was busy with some other customers. She said she was sorry but my wife and I understood. She kept checking on us even though we were in the capable hands of Grant and Fredy. Everyone was nice and we were able to get our Accord we wanted. We had an excellent experience working with Jake as a salesperson. He answered all of our questions and was very easy going. We felt he went out of his way to try to be helpful. The only negative part of our experience was the amount of time it took, requiring us to sit around doing nothing. Since we were paying cash, there was no reason to do a credit rating on both of us. We have our own insurance, so there was no reason to go through an insurance quote. We declined the extended warranty, but the dealership didn't want to accept that. We also declined the theft-protection option, and that, too, seemed to be unacceptable to the dealership. That said, would I recommend Dick Hannah Honda? Yes. It was one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences. Would I recommend Jake Adams? Most definitely. More
Natalie greeted me as soon as I stepped onto the lot, and her friendly attitude was contagious. I was instantly in love with the bright red Chevy Aveo she showed me. How she managed to find the perfect car for me on the first try is beyond me, but she is absolutely amazing! She even put up with me wanting to look at other used cars just to make sure that the Aveo was the one I really wanted. Natalie made the whole process quick and easy for me and my parents. The whole process from finding a car, trading in my old car, and driving the car off the lot was very pleasant, even with me being in a time crunch because I was between classes. If I know anyone looking for a car, I'm going to refer them to Natalie at Dick Hannah Honda! I'm 110% pleased with my whole experience. Thank you, Natalie, and thank you, Dick Hannah Honda! More
To begin, we contacted our insurance company's auto replacement program and was given a listing of Certified Used Car dealers within 75 miles of our home. Second, after filtering out the brands and types of cars we would not be interested in, we came up with a list of possibilities; then to that we made a list of features we want. We scanned internet ads from the Certified dealers for listings of cars that might fit. On top of the list was a car at Hannah, with exactly the features and price we were looking for. The insurance company's auto replacement program provided us with a specific contact at Hannah. Judy Gomez responded and verified that the car we described was still waiting for us. Perhaps the most remarkable part of this story is that Judy was there to serve us, not to "sell" us on something more expensive. She also provided information about what additional things the dealer was able to do to, but did not make us feel uneasy about our choices by pushing things we did not want. Though we had a pre-arranged loan ready at our credit union on Friday, by the time we came to Hannah and were prepared to sign the purchase order it was Saturday. Amy Kennedy set up "temporary" loan paperwork so that we could complete the paperwork and drive away in the car we had chosen. She was very clear with her explanation of what each form was about. Both Judy and Amy were delightfully personable, and kept us feeling comfortable with our purchasing process. If they represent the kind of care that all customers receive, it's a sure thing that we will recommend Dick Hannah Honda. More

I dropped off my car the night before my Service appt. and AJ Andrade was very thorough in discussing the list of to do's. He mentioned that with the car being available first thing in the morning for service, it should be done before noon. Next morning I received a comprehensive maintenance overview, including inspection, items completed and items ready for my approval. He called as a follow up to the email and we discussed what needed to be done. Items to do included transmission fluid and brake fluid replacement and replacement of serpentine belt. These items could have extended the completion time into mid-afternoon, but AJ said he will strive for completion by noon. I was very pleased when he sent an email and called me to inform me the car was ready for pick up well before noon. He contacted the shuttle driver to pick me up and I was driving my car home by noon. Car performed fantastically and looked great. Thanks AJ. More
I went to the dealership to "look" at cars. I had a couple in mind that I wanted and would fit my lifestyle. Lewis put them side by side for me to do a comparison which was VERY helpful. We went inside to do some negotiations and fincancing. I was very happy with the financing I received, and Lewis did a very good job in making me feel comfortable. The only thing I would say is I don't have the greatest credit, so I felt like I didn't have an opportunity to negotiate on the price AT ALL, and that I should be grateful for the deal i received (which I am). Overall a great experience, and I will buy from them again! More
