Why I love Dick Hanna Honda! I purchased my car 7 years ago from Dick Hanna Honda, my first new car ever! Since then I get all my service done at this dealership, and I must tell I purchased my car 7 years ago from Dick Hanna Honda, my first new car ever! Since then I get all my service done at this dealership, and I must tell you, that the Service Department is of the highest quality, and truly cares for their customer. Lisa Maunu and her team are the team I traditionally work with, although I have in the past worked with others. I am always greeted with a cheerful attitude, and my car is always washed and done well before the quoted turn around time. When I started working with Lisa a few years ago, the quality of care kicked up a few notches. Who would have thought that it could have gotten better than what I had already experienced, but, it did. Lisa has become someone I would call friend, she has performed well above and beyond the expected duty of her station. She is engaging, informative and just a real pleasure to do business with. I give her a hug each time I see her. Driving from Wilsonville, OR to Vancouver, WA is just a pleasure when I come up to get my service done. I very much look forward to seeing the team, and especially Lisa. I do not like the dealer suggesting that service not recommended in the manufactures manual be performed. To me this is just lining the pockets of the dealership. Consumer Reports agrees with that. I objected to the excessive tire pressures that the dealer adjusted the tires to during a service. The door plate and Honda's recommendation was 32 lbs when cold. My tires were set at 36, 36, 36, 35.5. When I inquired about the adjustment, I was told that they always set them at 34 lbs and that was within Honda's specifications. They also said that their gauges had previously been erratic and that they had replaced them. After objecting to the settings, the individual kept saying that they would set them to whatever I wanted. There is a reason that the myriad of engineers at Honda recommend specific pressures. I didn't like the individuals manner or responses. More

When I got my windows tinted she let me use her car so I didn't have to wait in the shop all day with my four year old, I mean who does that? My wife and I really appreciated Natalie's customer service. She went above and beyond to get me the information that I requested through the process. She even worked on her days off to assist us. I ended up walking away from the negotiations because their unwillingness to work with me.
