Purchase of used Toyota I do not purchasing vehicles and I do not like the car buying experience. Sales people experience at Dick Hannah Honda After our experience with Dick Hannah over the last few months we were finally glad to meet Noah and Brandon. We had dealt with so many sales people f After our experience with Dick Hannah over the last few months we were finally glad to meet Noah and Brandon. We had dealt with so many sales people from VW and also at the Dick Hannah car lot on Hwy 99 in Vancouver. Needless to say our experience with the other sales people was not good to say the least. We kept getting the run around and told that someone would be calling us to let us know about the cars we had inquired about, but no one ever did. It was actually very poor service. Then we called about the Element at Dick Hannah Honda and my husband spoke with Noah. We came to look at the Honda and it was exactly what we needed. Noah turned us over to Brandon who was friendly and knowledgable. Brandon was fun and friendly and I wasn't very easy on him after what we had been through before. Overall our experience with your Honda team was wonderful. Noah and Brandon were awesome. The only thing I am not happy about is only getting one set of keys to our new Honda! Grant Brady When I got to your Honda Dealer ship, Dick Hanna, Grant was their to greet me, showed me the Hondas that I was looking for, explained the difference o When I got to your Honda Dealer ship, Dick Hanna, Grant was their to greet me, showed me the Hondas that I was looking for, explained the difference on why I should get an EX instead of a LX, the price was not that different. I explained what I wanted and he suggested that I get the EX instead of the LX. You get the sunroof, mag wheels, the floor mats, backup mirror and the one thing he mentioned was the blind spot mirror on the passenger mirror this feature I really do like. When I got up and left the first time, I said thanks and have a nice day, I received a call from Grant about 4 hours later and he told me he thinks he might have the deal that I am looking for. He got my interest down from 13% to 5.49%, thought about it and than I excepted it,. So hats off to Grant Brady. I will send my people your way when looking for a new or used Honda.
