From the moment we stepped on the lot to the time we left, there was no pressure to buy or settle for something that wasn't perfect. That was not an easy task because we had a list of what features we left, there was no pressure to buy or settle for something that wasn't perfect. That was not an easy task because we had a list of what features we wanted, and knew what we didn’t want, but we had no clear vision of what vehicle would fit the bill. Andy Watson met us as soon as we walked onto the lot, he gathered our wants/needs/and don’t wants, and presented us with many options. He showed us over a dozen vehicles, and listening to our feedback on each one, he honed in on the best match for us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and a pleasure to work with. When we drove the Dodge Nitro, we knew it was perfect for us, but we wanted to check with our insurance agent about rates, do some research on the vehicle, and check the Kelly Blue Book value to ensure the asking price was reasonable. Andy and his manager offered to let us take the vehicle on an extended test drive for a few hours so we could make an informed decision and not feel rushed. We found good reviews about the vehicle, got some good news from our insurance agent, and found that the asking price was an extremely good offer! We let Andy and his manager know what terms we wanted, and that we had a trade to work into the deal, and they came back with a contract that met our terms and expectations. The entire process was a positive experience, we were treated with respect, and we drove off the lot with the perfect vehicle for our family! We highly recommend Dick Hannah, and especially Andy Watson, to anyone looking for a new vehicle – our experience was wonderful! More

I recently had my vehicle in for service, and worked with Ray. I must say that Ray was a true professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my vehicle's needs and concerns were taken Ray. I had my brakes done at a different outfit and was really upset with the results and price. Honda's Techs did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and I was extremely pleased with the price and how fast they were able to get it done. When I picked up my vehicle Ray personally ran out to the parking lot and drove my vehicle up to the front door. Ray's honesty and integrity will definitely have me bringing my vehicle back for further services. I recently inherited my Father's Accord and will make sure that Ray will be the one to help me out when service is needed. To have someone actually listen to you and make sure my concerns were taken care of is excellent. Thank you again Ray for all of your help, kindness and your big smile! More

I just bought a new Honda Accord at Dick Hannah Homda. I was pleased with high level of service I received from Susan Heath. She was there to inform and not to pressure me. My wife and I went back there t was pleased with high level of service I received from Susan Heath. She was there to inform and not to pressure me. My wife and I went back there three times before I pulled thr trigger and bought the car. Hondas are great cars and (should) offer low-cost maintenance (run forever with few issues, I hope. So if you are looking for a new Honda ask for Susan at Dick Hannah who can answer most of your questions and those she cannot she will ask others, answer and learn since she has a great attitude, is very friendly and eager to help. Note that it was after closing time on Friday by the time we bought our car and Susan was in no hurry to rush us out the door! She took the time to show us the tools and gadgets the car offers and even program the computer and settings to what I desired. I give her high marks for her focus, attentiona nd dedication to excellence and a high level of customer service. More
