Everyone was great!! No pressure to buy and they worked with us to get us the best deal possible. We walked in with a pre-approval from our credit union with a 5.24% interest rate and we left with a 2013 with us to get us the best deal possible. Everyone from Steve DeFord (our salesman) to the finance manager to Amy, who finalized our paperwork with us was friendly, helpful and great to deal with. We were greeted right away and Luis Rodriguez was assigned to assist. We went straight for the car I wanted 2014 Honda Accord. Boy was I in love, nice bells n whistles, Checked on finance and no go ski! So after discussing with Luis Rodriguez that I want a car that is Honda or Toyota, $300 right now, and payments not to exceed $300, room for my cleaning supplies, excellent gas and NEVER breaks down! LOL Well since I really wanted the Honda we went down a couple years, no such luck. So then he brings out a 2007 Toyota Matrix (never even heard of this thing) White with 48,000 miles and an excellent price! After the bells and whistles I was a little disappointed, but everything was just right so I went with it. OMG! Someone was watching out for me or maybe helping out Luis Rodriguez (LOL) This car has turned out to be so much more perfect than the bells and whistles cars! Our 2013 CR-V needed a 15K service and we called for appointment. We were fortunate enough to get in that day, which was a significant help for our schedule. Time estimate was 2-1/2 hours and so I brought the laptop from work. (Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver has 3 workstations for customer's use - Brilliant! I was able to stay connected similar to working from home.) Natalie Chambers, of the Gold Team, has been our Service Writer for 4 years on two Honda's and never disappoints. When I arrived she was ready with a fairly-priced estimate and, once I told her I was going to wait for the vehicle, she promised to do her best to get me back to the office as soon as she could. Natalie is expert at shepherding a client's vehicle through the process. She always provides updates face-to-face and asks the correct questions to make certain she understands what needs to be accomplished. She truly exceeded expectations on this visit, when she came to tell me - after 64 minutes - that the entire servicing was concluded! (And, that included a courtesy car wash.) Note: The final cost to us matched exactly the pre-service estimate. Mr. Joe Orr - We were pleased to purchase our CR-V through the COSTCO program you participate in and, as long as this type of client care is part of your dealership's approach, we will go nowhere else for either purchase or service. My Honda Accord Crosstour needed an A-1 servicing = oil change and tire rotation. I called on Friday and could have had an immediate appointment, but set it up for Tuesday morning, as I was out of town at change and tire rotation. Not only did I receive a phone message as a reminder, but the dealership sent an email as well. The servicing was started as soon as I arrived and was finished earlier than expected. The estimate and cost were roughly the same, which I appreciated. Throughout the entire experience, everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable with Wi-Fi and refreshments. All in all it was an efficient, pleasant experience. Thanks, Dick Hannah Honda! More
Mike made the experience amazingly easy. He exceeded our expectations, it's never a "great" experience to have to go in and finance a vehicle, but we honestly can say this was a great experience! He went above and beyond to get us into an affordable vehicle, and one that we're completely in love with. I would recommend working with Mike, and have recommended already. We had to bring our kids with us, and Mike even went out of his way to play with them, make them fresh popcorn... He was sincere, honest, and did not "waste" our time at all. When my car unexpectedly broke down Mike and Lisa, from the Honda services center went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle repaired. I was very excited to shop for a car here, but walked away empty handed after being slime-balled by the sales manager and finance guy. Dorral was my salesperson and he was polite and friendly, but as soon as my choice was made as to the car, the "invisible powers-that-be" behind the closed door got real ugly. They insisted that gap insurance, window etching and more fees were optional until I turned them down. Suddenly they became mandatory. $800 for Gap Insurance? $300 for window etching? I could buy the window etcher for $15. I checked out other dealerships that offer it for less than $50. I also found out that most gap insurance is hundreds less elsewhere. The $150 Title & Registration fee was only $75 from the dealer I ended up purchasing from. I am so glad I walked away from Dick Hannah. I will never go back, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. More
