We worked with Scotty. He has not only been absolutely amazing to work with on purchasing our vehicle. he has gone so far above and beyond to help us and let me tell you we He has not only been absolutely amazing to work with on purchasing our vehicle. he has gone so far above and beyond to help us and let me tell you we were expecting to get denied yet again. It took a while and alot of work and he made it happen. Now mind you we had gone to several other dealerships/car lots before going to this dealership and were denied with no options or anything more than ope sorry come back in 6 months and try again is pretty much what we got along with a brisk walk to the door. But he gave a chance to help us out and it worked out perfectly. My opinion is If your looking for someone who works hard for their customers and also has great customer service skills and determination and a good sense of humor scotty is the definently person to go to when purchasing a vehicle. We are more than and are forever grateful for everything he has done in helping us get out of our hunk a junk (literally, it's falling apart) tahoe. Today we got to drive off with our vehicle a nissan leaf (i love it) and I can't even begin to say how excited I am to have a vehicle that has actually has heat and drives right and is actually safe. Thank you so much again scotty!!! More
Been trying to get a new vehicle after our vehicle was breaking down. Had some credit issues due to health reasons. They are not truthful. Sadly to say. They sent me pictures during my service to tell me I needed to do all kinds of fixes. I checked the parts they told me were bad and loo Sadly to say. The pictures I was sent were not my vehicle. What a sad way to get customers to spend money. How disappointing. More
I initially had a good first impression of Dick Hannah’s Honda Service Dept. in Vancouver. That was short lived when I realized they mistook my kindness and blond hair for stupidity and tried to price gouge Honda Service Dept. in Vancouver. That was short lived when I realized they mistook my kindness and blond hair for stupidity and tried to price gouge me by quoting me 60% over the norm for some auto repairs. When I told them I found the repair work for almost half their price at another comparable repair facility, they suddenly wanted to price match it and lower their price by 60%. Why didn’t they just quote a fair price in the first place? Now they expect me to trust them? Who knows what they’d say after I took my car to them in order to get their revenue back up to the original quote (over $1,000). Like, “Oh, we found something else wrong with your car?” When someone reveals themselves to you, believe it. That’s too bad because I would have gone to them first to shop for my next Honda, but they’ve shown me their true colors which seems to be: Don’t charge a fair price for repairs based on the actual amount of labor hours needed for the job. Instead, charge what you think you can get away with, based on your impression of the customer’s intelligence (or lack thereof) and hope they don’t have the wherewithal to figure it out. More
This is for Dick Hannah Honda’s service dept! They are the BEST! I woke up one morning to find my car turning on and the engine cranking but not fully starting. Had it towed to Dick Hannah Honda They are the BEST! I woke up one morning to find my car turning on and the engine cranking but not fully starting. Had it towed to Dick Hannah Honda service dept and, even thought I had to take our other car to work & not follow the tow truck there, they called me to figure everything out and were just so communicative and thoughtful. They were clear about the price of the diagnostics and went above and beyond for me with what the actual issue was - it was that the battery was only marginally charged & didn’t work well anymore so it couldn’t fully start the engine! Instead of billing me for the diagnostics + the new battery & labor of install, they said the cost of the new battery would be covered by what a full diagnostic would cost anyway, so we were square with just the cost I had expected to try and figure out what was wrong with it! I was floored - it made me feel taken care of and considered as a person and not just a wallet. They have a service customer FOR LIFE because of this! My wife was skeptical that we could get a good deal from a dealership service dept, but this showed we had placed our faith appropriately and come out financially unharmed.
