After a 3 year wait for Ford to figure out how to build my Bronco, I finally took delivery on it two weeks ago at Dick Hannah Ford. Despite all of the issues Ford stumbled over in the rollout of the Bronco my Bronco, I finally took delivery on it two weeks ago at Dick Hannah Ford. Despite all of the issues Ford stumbled over in the rollout of the Bronco, my experience with the crew at Dick Hannah more than made up for those frustrations. I dealt primarily with Chris Young in sales and he exceeded all my expectations for a new vehicle purchase. Because of the multi-year delay on the Bronco production, Chris had to keep in touch throughout the order process far more than would normally be expected for a single truck sale. I received monthly updates on my vehicle status and model year changes and never once felt like they forgot about my reservation. After finally receiving my VIN and 2023 build date, Chris sent me weekly updates about where I stood in line and what could be expected for delivery. I had some very specific requests about my configuration and certainly wasn't the easiest customer, but Chris and his crew handled it all with class. When I finally picked the truck up, Chris spent more time than could be expected going through every detail of the transaction, from the options list and pricing, to a detailed feature walk-through. It couldn't have been a better delivery experience (aside from the crazy wait, which wasn't the dealerships fault at all). The rest of the guys, Jake in sales and Mark in financing, were also wonderful to deal with. Ford is lucky to have these guys representing the Ford brand, and doing everything possible to make up for Ford's failure to produce their new vehicles in a reasonable timeframe. If you are anywhere near Sandy, OR (I drove from an hour away to work with these guys), you should only look to deal with Dick Hannah Ford. More
