I’m always pleased with my service there. Prompt and courteous . Today though, they told me the lug nuts on my vehicle were “swollen” and in order to have the tire rotation with the oil chang Prompt and courteous . Today though, they told me the lug nuts on my vehicle were “swollen” and in order to have the tire rotation with the oil change that I was there for, I’d need to spend an extra $150 for 20 new lug nuts . I declined!!! While I was waiting for the oil change, I found lug nuts (20) on Amazon for $30. I always give 5 stars for their service, but today….that extreme quote took a star away!!!I understand up charging, but seriously….$150 for lug nuts??? More
