The experience was what you expect from a usual dealsrship. Salesman was following his script to the letter all the xx they like to pull. Even when it didn’t/wasn’t appropriate. I was not financing. 2 day back and forth till I agreed unfortunately wasn’t transparent or 100% truthful. I got screwed on my trade in and not given what was agreed upon. I was tired and over it. I ended up being screwed for $600. And the salesman went home early and didn’t even close the deal. They played the that don’t know what the other said. The finance part of it was easy, Kristen was nice and we weren’t financing just signing papers. Well after the sale Rick Reyes wouldn’t even respond to my emails or call me back. I never got the second key or the owners manuals that I was promised, told they were in the office with the packet? Anyways would not recommend Hanna Dealerships based on my experience and if you do go to Hanna Ford in Sandy, stay clear of salesman Rick Reyes. More
