We purchased a 2020 Ford F150 from Dick Hannah Ford on 8/26. That experience went well. However, on 8/30 I took the truck to my local Ford dealership for an inspection and they found a leak in the front e 8/26. That experience went well. However, on 8/30 I took the truck to my local Ford dealership for an inspection and they found a leak in the front engine cover and a seep in the rear differential. Repairing those would cost $4-5k. Neither issue was disclosed by Dick's. I emailed my sales rep at Dick's and left a message with the sales manager there about returning the truck and getting my money back. It is now 9/11 and I have not been contacted. More

fantastic dealership! Our truck broke down on a Saturday coming back from the Oregon coast with our RV in tow. The tow company dropped out RV off at the storage lot then d Our truck broke down on a Saturday coming back from the Oregon coast with our RV in tow. The tow company dropped out RV off at the storage lot then drove the truck to this dealership. As their service department is closed on the weekends, we checked in with their sale staff asking them what should we do. Being told what to do, we left instruction on why our truck was there. We asked if someone could drive us home which wasn't that far away as we could get our other car since we had all our gear in our truck. The sales staff said not to worry , that they would get us and our gear home. We were driven home soon after that. We got a call on Monday morning by Aryn in the service department and the technician went to work on our truck. Our truck was repaired soon after. Very good service from everyone involved with this dealership as they went beyond what they had to do. Aryn even had someone pick me up at home when my truck was ready. Can't say enough good things about them as I would recommend them to anyone! More

They were great to deal with buying my car but buying used I wonder what “gold certified truly means and what they really look at. Luckily as far as I know it what only minor things I had to deal with. After over five calls, 3 in person visits and saying that I would return my car I was given a new battery. The other issue was my rear tire not being secured we ended up just fixed ourselves. Also the car was supposed to be detailed; it was washed! After saving for so long,, after the Covid shutdown…. ; I was so excited about my decision to purchase my new 2021 Bronco Sport needless to say the sales customer service certainly took the joy out of that. It certainly slams you with the reality it’s all about the sale! I had to go back and forth between Sales and service numerous times. The sales department blames the service department when in fact the service department needs the permission from sales to proceed. Very frustrating but their service department is very helpful More
I ordered a Ford Maverick from this dealership in January 2022 before it changed ownership to Dick Hannah. My salesman Chuck Albertus did an excellent job of helping me with my order and making sure it was reordered in time when Ford was unable to fill the order for the 2022 model year due to supply constraints. After almost a 18 month wait my Maverick was delivered in July 2023. It was beautifully prepared and waiting for me with a full tank of gas. There were no surprises during the final transactions and I paid exactly the quoted price in 2022 after a private offer from Ford was applied to offset the price increase from the 2022 to 2023 model year. They also gave me a free extended warranty on the power train. Chuck took his time to help me get acquainted with all the vehicles features and was extremely friendly and courteous. While the 18 month wait for my Maverick was frustrating, this can’t be blamed on the dealership. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to my over 3 month wait between the time my vehicle was built and the time it was delivered at the dealer. It would have been useful to get more information where my vehicle was and what was causing the long delivery time. Otherwise, this was a very positive experience, even given the long wait getting this vehicle entailed. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others and I look forward to using them in the future for service. More
