Really Really Happy! I researched the right company before I decided on a new truck. Her and Chris coordinated our test drive of the vehicle, and appeared to communica Beth was wonderful and extremely responsive to my email questions. The only hiccup was that I was unaware that we would be meeting with Chris upon our arrival, and not Beth. Chris had us on the test drive upon our arrival, and made the buying process as quick and fun as possible. We were in and out in about 90 mins, and no haggling over price. Thank you! More

I had contacted the dealership about a vehicle and it seemed that we were not going to get a deal done... until Beth stepped in. Beth was instrumental in making sure that all my questions were answered and needs were met. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Beth. Now, the real 5-star rating for this review is in the delivery of the vehicle to my home in Bend. One of the main reasons I was loathing purchasing a new vehicle was spending hours in a dealership, signing papers and waiting. Suburban Ford arranged for my new F-150 to be delivered to me and we spent 10 minutes reviewing and signing all of the documents and then the driver left with my trade in. IT WAS SO EASY. I have already recommended this processes to whoever will listen. More
