From the first phone call - answered in 2 seconds (really!) by a very pleasant receptionist - to my conversation with the Service Department to schedule the appointment, and ending with my confirming the job was done and I could pick up the vehicle, I was treated as an important customer, even though they didn't know me from Adam. All my exchanges demonstrated clearly that I was dealing with a well-run, customer-focused dealership that was still driven by the old-fashioned ideals and mindset that essentially conveys at every stage, "We are privileged to have you as a customer and really appreciate and value your business."
