It was appealing because of the price and mileage. Once we contacted Les we where able to start the process quickly, even before we arrived to finalize the deal. Once there we where greeted warmly and where only there for a half and hour. Les was genuine and quick. He was very kind and seemed genuinely happy that we where able to find something to suit our needs. I will definitely try to buy from this business and less specifically again. It didn’t feel like just another sale and was genuinely treated with respect and with hospitality. More

I needed the airbag (recalled) replaced on my Ford Ranger and Suburban was surely a handy location. From the first phone call - answered in 2 seconds (really!) by a very pleasant receptionist - to my conversation with the Service Department to schedule the appointment, and ending with my confirming the job was done and I could pick up the vehicle, I was treated as an important customer, even though they didn't know me from Adam. All my exchanges demonstrated clearly that I was dealing with a well-run, customer-focused dealership that was still driven by the old-fashioned ideals and mindset that essentially conveys at every stage, "We are privileged to have you as a customer and really appreciate and value your business." When I went to the dealer's website and saw several hundred reviews that, cumulatively, made up an almost a perfect 5-star average, I was wondering if this was authentic. Well ... it IS! More

After a couple of test drives, a quick discussion about what we wanted in a loan, he was able to work with his team and put together a package that met our needs. Mixed Review Dave Flom was great. He was the Good Cop. Unfortunately, he was busy so I also had to deal with 4 other people, all of whom fit the description of Dave Flom was great. He was the Good Cop. Unfortunately, he was busy so I also had to deal with 4 other people, all of whom fit the description of Bad Cop, to varying degrees. So based on 1 of the 5 being "good", Suburban Ford gets an overall rating of 2 (feeling generous today). They all started by claiming that they take pride in being honest and upfront (as opposed to other dealers I guess). But they used the process of passing me around to make it harder for me to hold them to the things they would offer me (smaller items they throw in, then the next guy says he knows nothing about it). The finale was when I was signing the paperwork and they added a $299 charge for something called "Pulse" that they install on the car to improve visibility to drivers behind you. The problem is, the price I negotiated was all-in, except for "govt fees". When I questioned the $299 Pulse charge, the pressure came. When I refused to pay for it, he asked if I wanted it removed. Huh? Well, No, it's part of the car now. He brought in yet another new guy, who again asked if I wanted them to remove Pulse. When I again said No, this guy literally Yelled at me "Fine, Just Let Her Have It!!" and stomped out of the office. Very weird and uncomfortable, very unprofessional. Anyway I am happy with the car, but if you find it hard to stand your ground, these guys may just run over you - just like all other car dealers. More
