He is approachable, has a fun sense of humor, and he truly likes people and hearing about what is important to them. He remembered information we shared with him. We are interested in another pickup, and with the shortage of stock, he encouraged us to buy a pickup we found if it is the one we truly want. No dealer competition. Tony was really good at letting us know how long a particular wait was going to be. He brought us water and made sure we were comfortable. He dressed nice, too. We will definitely ask for Tony first at Suburban Ford if we decide to purchase another rig, or if someone asks us for recommendations. This was a truly enjoyable purchasing experience. More
