My 2020 Super Duty had a recall and Suburban Ford was the only place (out of 5 other dealerships I called) able to get me in within a couple of weeks vs a couple of months. I also purchased timbrens from th only place (out of 5 other dealerships I called) able to get me in within a couple of weeks vs a couple of months. I also purchased timbrens from them and wanted to installation at the same time of my service. Dylan in the Service Dept helped coordinate all the moving parts and was able to get everything scheduled and serviced seamlessly.
