Outstanding communication for a service that required a month-long wait for parts. Aryn did a great job of explaining the situation and fielding reasonable questions. While no repair activity is pleasant, Aryn and the guys there at Dick Hannah Ford made it as transparent as possible and communicated extremely well. More

I came down from Seattle to lease a Mustang Mach E from these guys. I negotiated hard but they are honest and straightforward with none of the xx that I found a lot of other Ford dealers tried to bury in t these guys. They had my preferred color, which was the icing on the cake, but in the end I was happy to buy from Dick Hannah and James Binder (my sales guy) and the team working with him. I had a fair negotiating partner and they gave me a great deal. What more could you ask for? More

Employees are wonderful and outstanding. For a simple brake job the cost is astronomical and 1/2 the price up the street.
