My truck caught fire two months after I spent $26000 on it I bought a truck from Dick Hannah in November of 2015. In February of 2016 it caught fire. A poorly-wired aftermarket blow off valve installed by the I bought a truck from Dick Hannah in November of 2015. In February of 2016 it caught fire. A poorly-wired aftermarket blow off valve installed by the previous owner was the culprit. Dick's "fixed" it for free by STEALING the aftermarket product from my truck and replacing it with a stock product. They then left everything that was still scorched in place. Wow. Now I have a check engine light on in my truck. I told them about this problem previously, but good old Eric up there at Fast Specialties said, "Let's just focus on one thing at a time." I keep emailing Dick Says Yes about the problem but they will not respond. I'm not holding out hope, I guess my next step is to look for an attorney. More

Jim Mahin always delivers! This is the second car my husband and I have bought from Jim Mahin. Just like last time we left with a better car than we thought we would. Each time we have worked with him he really listens to what we want out of a car and he pays attention to our budget points. This time we needed a bigger vehicle and had one in mind but when he did the numbers and it did not work for what we wanted to pay monthly he let us know and told us he would find one that did. He worked very quickly and found a better suv than what we had picked out and it was a solid payment we could get behind. I know the financing was tricky for us and he had to really work on this deal to make it happen. We will go to Jim every time because we know he has our back and will do everything he can to get us exactly what we need. We recommend him 100%! More
