Jim Mahin & Dick Says Yes Vancouver are awesome! Jim was fantastic. I called DSY Vancouver just to get some information after my old car pooped out and Jim answered the phone. I ended up making an appointment for that same afternoon and also ended up driving a new vehicle off the lot the same evening! Jim was SUPER helpful. His first pick for a vehicle was the car I ended up driving off the lot. He made sure that I found a vehicle that met all of my guidelines and fit my price range. I'm currently still working on improving my not so hot credit and Jim and the finance manager made sure I walked out with the best deal possible. From when we first started talking numbers, my down/monthly payments halved and the trade for my junk car doubled. I have zero complaints and give a huge shout out to Jim for being awesome at his job and working with me to get a great deal on a good vehicle. More

Did I Go To The Wrong Dealer? Wow, just at a loss for words after reading all these great reviews. I drove 2 1/2 hrs from Eugene to come and see if I was able to get help from Dick Wow, just at a loss for words after reading all these great reviews. I drove 2 1/2 hrs from Eugene to come and see if I was able to get help from Dick Hannah. I had a particular car inow mind but we took care of the financing first. After 2 hours Dick did say "Yes" as long as I had $4,000 down. If I had 4 grand down, I would probably be looking for a new car not used. After I said I was able to do $2,000 down and that was it, it was just like Doug the salesman was uninterested in us. He wouldn't show me trade in value, interest rate, payments...nothing. Just if you don't have 4 grand, I'm done. I said what about other cars and he said he had no list it was just like he was done...nothing else would work. Total different attitude than reviews I'm reading here. Oh well, back to Eugene...what a wasted trip. More

Credit building I had an appointment yesterday and was pleased with the experience I received. From the start James was very prompt in response to emails and very easy to work with. I have some less than perfect credit and wasn't sure what the expect. Dick says yes sets up appointments so they have time to work with you and answer all questions you have. The entire sales team is knowledgeable and will work to get you into a car and assure you are comfortable. Not only did I learn about auto financing, James also took the time to help me with my credit report and suggest what would be the best route to go to get my credit score up. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used auto. Great job everyone! Thank you again James Stone! More

Waste your time financially Buying a new car is easy and friendly. However for a new car buyer, they use their preferred banks to apply for a loan and not your own banks. They we Buying a new car is easy and friendly. However for a new car buyer, they use their preferred banks to apply for a loan and not your own banks. They were late on pushing the paperwork through for finalization, delay in mailing loan paperwork to the bank, the bank delays with the paperwork forcing you to at least make the first payment to the dealership rather than to the bank. Then the bank will set up your account. This delay of actions is not only annoying but suspicious. I recommend having your own bank with a pre-approve loan and dealing with your own bank rather than what these guys recommend More
